Recline below vaulted ceilings in the living room, furnished with a sleeper sectional, a 38” flat-screen TV with a sound bar, and a gas fireplace.

A spacious, stylish kitchen features stainless steel details, a bar with 4 stools and a large dining table with seating for eight. Step out onto a private stone patio for a breezy dining area with seating for six, plenty of extra chairs, and a seven-burner gas grill.

There's a king-size bed in the master bedroom, furnished with a 42” flat-screen TV and a handsome leather sofa. The en-suite bath has a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom features a queen bed, the third has a full-size and a twin, and the fourth has a comfy queen bed. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower; the third bathroom includes a shower/tub combination.

This home is handicap accessible with handrails in the shower and the toilet.

Frisco, Colorado is a ski lover's dream. You're a 10-20 minute drive to Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Breckenridge, and the complimentary shuttle that runs from mountain to mountain stops just outside your door. Frisco Adventure Park offers epic tubing and a “magic carpet ride” to the top of the hill less than 1 mile away.

Step into Colorado's past at the Frisco Historic Park & Museum for family fun and education. Looking for a unique date night? With 2 Below Zero Dinner Sleigh Rides, you can dine on innovative American cuisine in a mule-drawn carriage, complete with hot cocoa, chocolate chip cookies, and live music.

The Clubhouse is your neighborhood sports bar just 2 blocks away, and nearby is Rocky Mountain Coffee Roasters, a local coffee shop where you can buy their famous breakfast burritos or some coffee beans to take back home. Silverheels Bar and Grill is the local favorite for dinner less than 1 block away—try the stuffed trout and the Thai curry mussels, to start.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
