Spring Break

We had a great time on our spring break trip for our family of 5. We liked the location and the coziness of the home. It didn't feel like a rental. It was like home away from home.

Wonderful Space

We had a great time in this space. It was well maintained and very cozy. We also loved the easy access to the bus and highway to get to Vail.

Great location

Love that it was right near the Gore Trail. There was a little traffic noise but not too bad. Super nice that everybody had their own bathroom. The house was very clean, lots of spices, nice view of the mountains.

Excellent pleasant stay!

We loved the location, just 2min walk to shuttle was the best part, super convenient! Rooms were spacious, clean, hot tub worked superbly. Kitchen was well stocked and so were the bathrooms with enough towels, etc. Only thing is its hard to fit 2 cars in the driveway and we couldn't find the parking spot so better directions to the 2nd parking spot would be a good idea to add as not sure what north entrance meant. We would stay here again for sure given its convenient location.

Definitely enjoyed it

Great location, excellent accommodations all around. Definitely recommend. Only downside is that the couches were a bit outdated and uncomfortable.

Great Location

The house was booked for 4 friends to go skiing. The 4 bedrooms all had queen beds but were tight. The kitchen was well stocked and the family room was large and functional. The hot tub was great and the location superb. The only complaint is that there is only parking for 1 car. There is no parking for a second car as advertised. Good house at a fair price.

Very comfortable ski house

We enjoyed our stay very much - the house is very sizable and can fit a big family or group of people. Everything was very clean and in place. We do wish the property management company would be more accessible/responsible - that was the only drawback for us. We couldn't find the instructions for operating the fireplace and didn't get a response from them.

The house is so beautiful and clean! We had a lovely time! The owners communicated quickly when we asked any questions about the property and were very kind and helpful! All of the amenities were in great shape and the hot tub was very fun! We would absolutely stay here again and hope to in the future!

Great house/Location, parking not as advertised, poor communication from management company

We really enjoyed this house for our family ski trip to Vail. The kitchen was big and well stocked (plenty of spices, oil, etc.), and the house itself had plenty of room for all 8 of us to sleep comfortably. It was really clean and had anything you could need. It’s really close to the East Vail Blue bus line at Pitkin Creek and getting to and from the mountain was really easy. The check in/check out was really easy and smooth, though the door entry code was 9 digits, which was a little hard to remember and seemed pretty excessive. I would stay in this house again, but would be hesitant because of the experience I had with the management company (Vacasa) and the parking situation not being as advertised. My two biggest complaint is the parking and the response time from the Vacasa management company. Response: I booked this property through VRBO and I asked questions about the property weeks before our trip via VRBO (which bus line it was on, etc) and never got a response from anyone at all. Parking: This house is advertised as having space for 2 sedans, but that’s not really true at all. Only one car fits comfortably in the driveway. The check in instructions stated that we could park a second car in a marked lot at the north entrance of the complex. I COULD NOT find this lot for the life of me. I called the Vacasa management company for help, and they just told me again that it was at the north entrance. I called back again and said I couldn’t find it, and they sent me to a lot that was south of the complex and a mile away. When I got to that lot, there were signs all over that said “Permit Parking Only” and it was marked for a completely different complex. I called the Vacasa management company again, and they told me there should be a permit left for me (there wasn’t). They then said they would send someone by with a permit (they didn’t). Then they called and told me just to “write my name and phone number on a piece of paper and put it in the windshield.” I was not comfortable with that at all and worried daily that my car would be towed. I never did find the parking that was north as advertised, and I was pretty frustrated with the whole experience.

Best Home Away from Home

This was such a wonderful home to stay in for our trip to Vail. It’s right on the bus route making it super easy to get to Vail Village, Lionshead, or even Bighorn Park. The house was extremely accommodating. Our kids had their own rooms and bathroom on the lowest level. The master suite was gorgeous and the bed was heaven to sleep in. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub a couple nights. They also had humidifiers in each of the rooms which we took advantage of running every night. Washer and dryer was super helpful with such a long stay. We even walked down to the little market for a lunch break on the couple days we were working remotely. Book this house, you won’t regret it!

great family condo in Vail

lovely condo with all the amenities. Very comfortable for our family of 5. Bus stop for free bus to slopes right across the street, so that was super convenient.

Perfect Ski Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean, well equipped, and in a great location to the East Vail shuttle. We shuttled to Vail Village gondola every morning to ski and it was about a 10 minute bus ride. The house was a perfect setup for our group of 8 and we loved the hot tub on the deck! Turnkey was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend this property! The only thing we would add is humidifiers for the bedrooms (we couldn’t find any).

Vail getaway

Great location to ski vail. We noticed a pick up shuttle 2 min from the home. Wish we know detail of this before our stay. it might have been useful instead of paying 60$ a day to park at vail. House had enough sleeping space for 8 adults. We cooked in all meals. Plenty of pots and pans. Not enough kitchen towels (only 2)and no towels for the hot tub unless you used your one bath towel. It says there is an instruction sheet for the fireplace on the mantel but it was not there. Also, the heater was set at 62 when we arrived and it took about 12 hours to bring the house to a comfortable level. Maybe leave it a little higher? Overall a great house in a great location. Just a few minor changes for guest comfort
