## Logement
Located on the 1st floor without elevator, it comprises :
- one bedroom with a double bed ;
- one bedroom with two single beds;
- a functional shower room;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a living room to relax in after a day out.

You'll particularly appreciate the view and calm.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Television, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Fireplace, Raclette machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The gondola lift is opposite our building, so there's no need to take the car.

In addition, the accommodation is close to :
- a private parking lot (at the bottom of the chalet) ;
- free parking (100 m away for other vehicles);
- a ski and bike store (50 m away. Take the gondola opposite and ride down the slopes);
- ice rink and swimming pool (15-minute walk);
- the Saint-Gervais Mont Blanc thermal baths (an absolute must. Take the free “elevator” number 1 Mondial to get there (15-minute walk).

Professional housekeeping is carried out before and after each guest.

In winter, Saint-Gervais has two ski areas and over 500 km of pistes in the heart of an exceptional environment.
