This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Nicely remodeled condo. The complex pool and hot tub were nice and relatively uncrowded. Walking distance to beach. Easy access to Wailea and Kihei. Enough room for two adults and two young children.

After evacuating a resort in Kaanapali Matt set us up at this The Palms property and it literally made a difficult situation much better. The unit was very comfortable, modern and the lay out was very functional. We had 2 kids with us and even with the murphy bed setup we still had plenty of space. If we have an opportunity to visit Maui again, PMI would be on the top of our list.

Beautiful peaceful quiet
The condo is so spacious and comfortable, decorated to my taste on the interior. Our favorite part is the BBQ on the patio and close to the beach. We will be back for sure!

Most beautiful home we’ve ever stayed in
This was truly the most beautiful vrbo that my boyfriend and I have ever been in. The home was cleaned to perfection, and the location was perfect for going to the beach, grabbing coffee in the morning and getting a bite to eat. There are a group of food trucks about a mile and a half away ( happy belly, Thai me up, wing kings, a coffee spot, açaí spot) all next to each other, and we both agreed that with some of the best food that we had during our stay. Also, just down the street from the shops at Wailea and monkey pod which we ate at twice! Matt was such a wonderful host and an excellent communicator. He was very easy to correspond with, and replied immediately to any questions! We will absolutely be staying here every year now every time we come to Maui. Thank you for sharing your home with us for the week, we look forward to coming again!

PMI management company was exceptional, making check-in,check-out easy and being readily available should you need to contact them. PMI was very responsive. Had an issue with the beach unbrella and a new one was delivered immedately. PMI ensures everything under their control is addressed so you can enjoy your time in Maui.

Excellent endroit pour séjourner à Maui.
Unité 2305 . Très propre. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et pour la plage. Lanai superbe pour repas extérieur et s’étendre pour lire et se reposer. Proche de tout à quelques kilomètres. Tout près des hôtels les plus luxueux de l’île. On y séjournerait à nouveau sans hésitation.

My daughter and I agreed that we’d never seen a more thoughtfully stocked condo...from the amazing fully equipped kitchen to the most cozy comfortable living room to the high end bed and bedding, everything was absolutely top notch. The lanai was a dream, with nice seating and lounge chairs. The decor throughout was just stunning and the entire place was spotless. Sadly we were only there for 5 days and had a lot to do in a very short time, so we didn’t cook or grill - only had time for some quick breakfasts. We did drive around the corner to make use of the lovely complex pool.Parking was very conveniently located just steps from the condo door, so we loaded up the provided chairs & snorkel equipment and explored Keawakapu Beach, which was a 5 min drive. We visited in mid-September and while cooler than Texas, we were thankful for the A/C units which cooled the place down in record time. I would most definitely recommend this condo - all you need to bring is a toothbrush and your bikini! Sincerely, Karen & Claire

Beautiful place
This is an amazing property. Super clean and modern. The kids and I really enjoyed the spaces there and also the pool. We are really happy because they had beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, etc. The only 'negative' is that the outdoor 'patio' didn't have much green grass for the kids to play. So if you have older kids, it wouldn't be an issue.

This was a beautiful condo with a great lanai! The view was lovely and perfect for a slow morning, enjoying a cup of tea. The location is great! Beach was about a 10 minute drive away, and anything you need for the beach is at the condo. I would definitely stay again!

We loved the location, and the privacy, spaciousness and views of the large lanai. The furniture and bed were very comfortable. (We did not use the pull down bed so cannot comment on the comfort of that.) We enjoyed the thick, luxury towels, blankets and bedding. There was also a great supply of beach necessities . . . beach chairs, towels, umbrella, snorkel mask, cooler, etc. The pool area was very nice, clean and relaxing. Due to everything being in perfect condition, we did not have any communication with management other than a couple of email reminders from them. We loved staying here and would highly recommend it to others who are visiting Maui.
