Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Quite frankly there wasn’t much to love about the place. The living room furniture was not very comfortable and neither was the 1st floor deck furniture. The AC unit in bunk room needs repair. The worst feature is three bedrooms have to share one bathroom. Don’t plan to ever rent this unit again.

Don’t book with vacasa!!!!!

Cleaning was not done before 4. Had to call to have someone come After they came, there were still old sheets on the bed. They didn’t even take the old sheets out they left them in a pile under the stairs The bathrooms were still very dirty. We cleaned when we came in. Vacuum was broken. Bed in downstairs bedroom had broken slats and had no middle support. Called Dillon and he said someone was coming to fix and never showed up and he never followed up. Drain in sink upstairs wouldn’t drain, a service tech had to come and fix the drain. Kitchen is not stocked for cooking. Pots and pans are small and disgusting. Vacasa finally refunded my cleaning fee but would not follow up with me regarding any compensation for our $5000 a week rental! We will find a local company to rent from next time! We have used Caldwell Banker for 20 years and have never been treated so disrespectfully! We get one vacation a year! At $5000 it should be spotless! Also, this shout be showing as a 3 bedroom with a loft! There is no door on the top level!
