ABOUT THE CONDO
The living room offers an inviting spot to gather with your group. Stretch out on the large sectional sofa or armchairs and spend the evening streaming TV or listening to music on the CD player.
Cook hearty meals in the updated kitchen with granite counters and plenty of space to spread out.
As dinner cooks, perch at the bar with seating for four, then gather at the six-person table beneath an antler chandelier for a laughter-filled meal.
BED & BATH
Retreat to the upstairs master bedroom, where you’ll find a king bed, 32” TV with DVD player, and an en-suite bathroom with a granite double vanity and a tub/shower combination. An alcove off the master has a desk with a printer for working remote.
On the lower level there are two guest bedrooms with queen beds. One of the rooms includes access to the backyard. The guest bathroom has a granite vanity and a tub/shower combination. An upstairs half bath provides added convenience.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, Pack 'n Play, and high chair are available for little travelers. One vehicle can park in the garage and another can park in the driveway; additional spots are available on the street.
LOCATION
This condo is located in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of the Edwards Riverwalk, where you’ll find nightlife, restaurants, and a movie theater (less than a 10-minute walk).
Your extra-large fully-fenced backyard is spacious and perfect for kids. In winter, go sledding on the small hill. There’s even a hiking trail just out your back door. Or do some fly fishing on the Eagle River.
To access nearby ski resorts, just hop on I-70. You’re 5 minutes to Beaver Creek and 15 Minutes to Vail. For even more adventures, this condo is centrally located between some of the Rocky Mountain’s best towns, including Glenwood Springs (50 minutes) and Breckenridge (1 hour).
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
