Our beautiful 3/3/2 with in-ground pool & hot tub on prestigious 19th St is a place you will want to come back to each and every time you visit the 806. Our 3300 sq ft home is stylishly decorated and boosts 3 huge bedrooms with super comfy mattresses and high end linens. We have a game room with pool table, a dining room to seat 6, washer and dryer and a gorgeous sunroom overlooking the stunning backyard. And you are directly across the street from the University. You can’t get much closer.

Room for improvement

The house itself is a older home that has been remodeled with nice upgrades. The listing advertises a pool and Hot tub however when we arrived the Hot tub was ice cold. To my amazement in order to have the Hot tub HOT we had to pay an up charge of 150. Not something I would’ve ever imagined but happened! A Hot tub may just be cold:/

Perfect location and great home

Literally across from Tech! Gorgeous pool in a well-treed yard. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Pool table was a great bonus! Thank you for a great visit!!

Oasis on 19th in Lubbock

It's an older property but has many updates and is charming. We had a hiccup or two, but the owner was very very responsive in answering our questions and making sure we were comfortable.

Great location

We stayed as a short get away with our college aged children retuning two back to Tech. The house was great and the backyard and pool were fantastic. The host was super nice and easy to communicate with.

Excellent location

Our family gathered for a funeral. We are all from out of town and wanted a place we could all be together. This is a beautiful, spacious property with ample room for a crowd of varying ages. The entire family loved it. Definitely recommend staying here.

This home is truly a home away from home! The location is great! The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The property owner was wonderful to work with prior to our stay. We would definitely stay her again! Our whole family loved staying here. Everything was lovely!

A gem in Lubbock

A spacious home at a great location. We were there visiting our son who is attending TTU; his dorm is right across 19th Street; this place was so convenient for us. I think any destination in Lubbock is no more than 10-15 minutes from here. The neighborhood is beautiful and easily traversable by foot or automobile. The house is clean and well-appointed. The pool is fantastic; it's a good size and the deep end is deep - I'm guessing 8 or 9 feet. The pool area has a good amount of shade, which I personally appreciate. Pool towels are supplied in addition to bath towels, and there is a decent selection of pool toys/floaties. Jana was proactive with communication and quick to respond to any inquiries during our stay. We had our dog with us; there are two good-size parks within a matter of blocks to the south of the house. Coming from Austin in late August, it was a pleasant surprise to have green grass at the parks for our dog to frolic upon. House rules and check-out instructions were clear and reasonable. Overall, a great stay; I "favorited" this house and will definitely check availability for our next trip to TTU.

Wonderful Oasis house in great location

This is a very nice spacious home in a very convenient location to Texas Tech. The swimming pool is an oasis in the back and the pool table provides added fun. It is well supplied. The host is very quick to respond with detailed communication. So nice it is pet friendly. We hope to return in the future!

Beautiful, relaxing stay

This is a beautiful spacious home located in a great neighborhood and across from TTU. The backyard is relaxing. The pool is big, so the photos are accurate. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Home by Texas Tech

The home was clean and perfect for our family trip for our daughters graduation. The homeowner was very communicative and helpful. The backyard was beautiful and the home had plenty of space for family game night and parking for our vehicles. Definitely recommend. for anyone wanting a hotel alternative!

Perfect Tech Retreat

Not only is the house in the perfect location for walking to USA on the Texas Tech campus, it is a wonderful retreat for families wanting to relax and connect. We played pool and cards plus the host supplied board games and books as well. We stayed during the winter so we did not use the lovely pool which is nestled in the large backyard. Wonderful for cookouts and swimming. Plenty of space and amenities in each room so people can have their own area. Huge TVs in each room with streaming accessibility. Truly a retreat. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you, Jana!

Loved the Place

This is a great house right across from Tech. The house was very spacious, clean and had what we needed. Several large TVs located throughout the house to watch games or whatever desired. The kitchen was great. Pool table was lots of fun for friendly competition. Beds were very comfortable. The master suite was very plush with lots of amenities. It was too cold to enjoy the outdoor pool and backyard, plan to come again to check it all out. The house has great history to it but very modern for today's needs. Thanks for everything.
