It was very convenient to town, it was alright cleaned. The steps are definitely a little tuff to go up and down

Secluded cabin close to town
Nice place but watch the driveway, if you have a low car take it easy turning into driveway. It was very close to town but be mindful you won’t have service. Save the check in instructions before losing signal and pay attention to addresses at night. Perfect for a couples get away.
Clean, private, and fun. This tiny home was perfect for our 3 day stay. Close to everything, yet secluded enough to see the stars. We enjoyed the hot tub, and then dried off, enjoying the fire in the fire pit before getting ready for bed. The kids enjoyed talking back to the goats on the farm nearby, and we had so much fun at Dollywood. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Good location but not very comfortable
We really liked how close we were to everything, however it didn’t make up for the ladder leading up to the loft bed. The stairs were really difficult to climb, you needed shoes to climb it and get to the bed. The oven was not working and received no response from the host when they were notified. A lot of the hardware in the bathroom was very loose, practically falling out of the wall. The hot tub water was green and dingy. I would recommend only if you don’t mind these issues we had.

Tiny cabin
First, there are two cabins with the same address. If you see a -1 at the end it is NOT your location. It’s one more driveway up. Second, the outside area is great, but make sure to turn on hot tub as soon as you arrive and you should be able to use it in about 24 hours or so. Third, if you are over the age of young adult you will not love climbing rod iron bars to get to a bed that you can not sit up in. If you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night forget it. The bed is literally at the ceiling above the washer and dryer. When we first arrived we went to the wrong location. Please see above as to why. Then when trying to get in contact with property manager, it took about an hour. This place would be great for a young group of friends but it’s not really made for comfort.
Top bed was hard plastic-like and uncomfortable. Steps to go to top bed were pipes and nearly impossible to climb without shoes. Futon was falling apart and couldn't really be used. Instructions in cabin stated the spare linen was in the closet but the closet was locked up. Kitchen was cute. Hot tub was great but took two days to get up to temperature. Dirty grill. Dirty mops on porch. Tall grass with leftover dog droppings from previous guests. Driveway was overgrown to the point where the branches were hitting the truck . Driveway had a hard 90 deg turn and was steep with broken corners making it difficult to pull in.

Overall cute cabin, NOT A FULLY FENCED YARD decently cheap though so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Location was convenient although the driveway needs real work. Very steep with erosion, my SUV struggled and scraped asphalt. The beds were terrible. Can’t sit up in loft without hitting your head, the futon was even worse. I brought an air mattress as a backup after reading the reviews and am thankful I did. The communication was terrible, I made an error while booking and had reached out beforehand, no response. Also had asked for clarification about the yard being fully enclosed. The owner, stated it’s fully fenced, IT IS NOT, the entrance is open, so you can’t reliably let your dogs out and relax without watching them constantly. Also didn’t get any check in details (or any response actually) until the third time I reached out to them. ON THE DAY OF CHECK IN. The cabin is very cute, but with sparse amenities (minimal cooking supplies, no salt/pepper, no coffee filters, no cleaning supplies, no sponge to hand wash your dishes and no detergent for the dishwasher or for the laundry, also the washing machine has a terrible mildew smell) and inside is generally not super comfortable. It also is in need of a deep cleaning and some minor repairs. It’s very peaceful, and the hot tub was very hot and very comfortable, Basically no cell service, and the WiFi was spotty at best. Maybe that’s what you’re looking for. As someone trying to plan hikes and monitor weather, it was quite frustrating . I would personally not rebook this cabin again if I were in the area

Nice tiny home
The property was mostly as expected. The location is great, which was most important for us. It's close to Gatlinburg/ Pigeon Forge and the park but also close enough to Knoxville for a day trip. The outside area was perfect for our dogs and the tiny home was clean and met our needs. The lofted bed was meh and getting in and out of it was a bit uncomfortable with the ladder type but we managed fine.
Well we didn't get to rent the cabin! We drove 2hrs with dogs & got there& it was already vacated. We sat on side of road for 3hrs talking to multiple people and you put us in hotel promising a cabin in morning. By morning you returned $ and gave no explanation!! Nobody would talk to us! I have cancer& this was probably my last vacation but instead we had to go back home
The property was great for our dogs. Outside is very good, inside is pretty mediocre. The bed is a nightmare to get in and out of. The daybed has $100 mattresses max on it that’s where we slept. My wife was so bruised up getting out of the loft bed. The cabin needs a couch. Micro or not the furniture is pretty bad and the bed situation is terrible unless you are a teenager or a 20 something. My dogs had a nice time! Had some weirdo creeping around the unfinished adjacent property. No worries there are Akita wanted to eat his face off. And I’m always packing with a backup for my backup.
We had an amazing time and our pups really enjoyed the fenced in yard. Pet owners, be sure to bring a gate! There is no gate to close off the property on one side so just be aware. There’s a Walmart not far from the property so we were able to rectify it very easily.
We were so impressed with the property. Great location, 5-10 from Pigeon Forge locations, convenient and easy to find. The cabin looked exactly like the pictures online, they even left Herseys and graham crackers for s’mores. We brought our dogs with us and having the fenced in backyard was very nice. Overall what you see is what you get and it was a great experience for my family to relax and enjoy vacation.

Nice Tiny Home stay !
This tiny home was a great stay! The property was very clean, and well taken care of. Nearly everything you need, and within 5 minutes of Pigeon Forge.
Cons :
The space of the road and how sharp of a turn it is to get to the driveway was a large issue. Unfortunately we didn’t know this, and shattered our front bumper upon arriving at night.
Communication could’ve been better from host. We didn’t have checkin information when arriving , and actually had to leave to get signal and wait for a phone call. Once received, it’s very easy to come and go with the keypad !
Secluded and quiet but an easy trip down the mountain to pigeon forge. My family and I loved our stay in the tiny cabin! It was cozy and clean and perfectly comfortable for my family of four and our four-legged companions too. Will stay here again next time we are in East Tennessee!
