This is Nosara without the noise or crowds, 5bedroom 3.5 bath & office room this is a superb home for larger groups, small retreats, and can accommodate two families easily. It has everything you need to live the pura vida lifestyle; outdoors you can enjoy watching the howler monkeys in the jungle canopy high above the saltwater pool with swim-up bar and outdoor kitchen, oversized teak deck and surf board rack and two outdoor showers. Indoors you will enjoy a large well-equipped kitchen comfortable living spaces and an indoor garden. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and the house has high speed internet throughout. Located on a residential “Blue Garza” road with access to both South Guiones and Beautiful Garza beaches, well known Guiones for surfing, and Garza for sport fishing.
4 minute walk to beautiful Garza beach, with its ultra laid back vibe and quaint beach front restaurants!
This house also is all on one level- great for anyone with mobility issues.
