Great place to stay.
We had a great stay at this cozy, cute little place. There is tons of things to do in close proximity. The owner is super! Great communication and easy to talk to.

Family Thanksgiving
It was a very nice neighborhood and property. My son, granddaughter, great grandson, and myself stayed here, and had a very nice Thanksgiving with my grandson and his family in Holly Springs. It was perfect.

Beautiful house
Overall our stay was great, we had a few issues which were addressed by the owner. The neighbours have some big aggressive dogs which was a worry for us with small children around.

Perfect House!
Everything was great! Bed were comfy and lots of space! The location of the house is just perfect! Town is less 20 min away! Neighborhood is awesome! We had no issues whatsoever! Mrs. Sue was easy to get in touch with and avaiable to answer all our questions! The only negative thing I have to say is the house just needs a deep cleaning. When we arrived the bathrooms and rooms were dusty and just needed a good cleaning! Other than that perfect house!

We went to Mississippi for a baseball tournament, and needed a quiet cozy house. This property was perfect, family friendly and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Sue was amazing in communicating and friendly. Thank you for having us. We will definitely be staying here again if we travel back for baseball!

Clean, centrally located property. Key lock code didn't work initially and took a while to find the owners phone number while standing in the rain. Bathrooms not equipped with soap/shampoo - maybe I missed that detail when I booked - but otherwise a good property.

This was the perfect place for us. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, the heat and AC both worked great. It was overall awesome! Our event is an annual event and we hope to make this our annual spot.

Perfectly fit our needs.
Easy booking, great communication with owner, & perfect location. Our family needed a place near Memphis just for the weekend. For our large party, hotels were a little pricey, so we opted to look for a rental. We got way more bang for our buck! Kids had a place to stretch out and relax and there was plenty of room. Girls Trip
I just wanted to say that my overall trip was amazing in Memphis. I wanted to stay somewhere clean and safe and this property checked those boxes for me. Everyone had a good night's sleep with their own bed. But my bed was uncomfortable due to it being time to change the mattress but I still slept pretty good. I will recommend this house, And the owner was very nice and allowed us to check in early because we got there sooner than we anticipated. Overall good experience. 👍🏾

Perfect home away from home!
Myself, my parents and my sisters family stayed at the property for 2 days and it was perfect for the 7 of us! The house was clean, super quiet and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while we were in town!

Relaxing , clean and comforting
What an uplifting experience my family and I enjoyed this weekend. Don’t be fooled by the small appearance from the photos, it felt spacious yet homey. A well laid out floor plan which fit our needs. We were a party of five adults. The bedding and mattress were very comfortable and my son and husband enjoyed watching the Grizzly game on the television in the large living/dining area. Shampoos and soaps were provided , which was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Golf Trip
6 senior friends on a weekend golf trip to the area. The house was renovated and beautiful. Plenty of beds for all. Small functional kitchen. The only small disappointment was the lack of cable or satellite TV. Thankfully one of our party was able to get YouTube. Overall wonderful trip.

Very cozy, quite neighbor
I love the cozy home, fresh smell, very clean, comfortable beds, plenty natural light, Sue so so amazing we did not have to want for anything, she had everything we needed and desire. TVs show amazing. Me and my fiancé slept upstairs I love the fresh air coming into our room. I highly recommand Sue crozy home for a quite neighbor and peace of mind get away. We spent most of our 4 days in the crozy home watching movies. The stove works well, made breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also the washing machine works well, came back home with all clean clothes. I again highly recommand Sue crozy home for a lovely, quite and peacful get away It was I myself, Fanice, his father and sister, came in town to visit his brother mémorial site at Mémorial South in Memphis Tennessee. Thank you Sue we love you a friend for life.
