Welcome to Wave Link East, a unique 6 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, direct beachfront duplex with a pool (shared with Wave Link West). The home sits just steps from the Gulf of Mexico! Whether you prefer lounging by the pool or sticking your toes in the sand, Wave Link is the perfect place for your next family vacation!

About Wave Link East

Wave Link East is a duplex that is located in Fort Morgan, offering exceptional views of the Gulf of Mexico. This quiet peninsula allows guests to enjoy the white sand beaches away from the crowds and congestion. The private beach access for Wave Link is connected to the private pool so you can easily walk right to the beach.  Enjoy the views of the emerald waves over coffee on the porch, from the pool or second-story balcony! 
On the main floor, guests are greeted with gleaming hardwood floors and open living, dining, and kitchen areas. The sectional sofa provides plenty of comfortable seating plus there is another seating area complete with a stocked bookshelf and 4 comfy chairs. Guests will enjoy the additional space the wet bar provides which includes a mini-fridge. Meal prep is a breeze in the updated kitchen with a large island that seats 4. Everyone will appreciate the convenience of the half bathroom located on this floor as well. The master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom can also be found here.
Moving up the stairs the beautiful hardwood floors continue. There is a bonus living space complete with a sofa sleeper and TV. Guests will find 5 bedrooms with TVs and 3 bathrooms on this floor. And those lucky enough to stay in the second master suite, bedroom #6,  will have access not only to a private full bath but a beachfront balcony as well. Bedroom #5 also shares that beachfront balcony and the spectacular views! There is plenty of room for the kids in bedroom #2 and the rest of the family in rooms #3 and #4.

About Fort Morgan

Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!

On the Beach
We loved the duplex. The ocean view was perfect. The pool was great since kids get tired of beach. The place was clean and spacious. Great place to have a family reunion.

Wave Link East - Fort Morgan, AL - September 2023
Our stay was wonderful. We had 7 adults and 8 young kids. The layout of the house worked well for us. There were enough bedrooms and beds upstairs for the families with kids and the King Bedroom on the main level for the grandparents (who get up early) We never ran out of hot water. Plenty of towels for each bathroom.The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I wish there had been some extra blankets in the closets as some of us like the extra warmth. I liked that the pool area was on the same level as the main level of the house (no stairs) The gates worked well in corralling the toddlers away from the pool area. There were different A/C units on each floor so the air stayed a constant temp. We decided to come in a day early and the house management team was easy to work with to make this happen. Kitchen was well stocked. I always bring my own large skillet because I like it and am used to cooking with it. The can opener was broken but we were able to use our boy scout skills to open our cans the first night. We had 4 vehicles but there was enough room for several more to park in front of the house. We would definitely come back to this house!!

Great 4th of July
We were down for my daughter's softball game and had several family's staying at the house. The house was big enough for everybody to get together or spread out on the deck and the beach. The only thing i would like to see changed is for the house to come with more than one roll of TP and paper towels. Would and will stay here again!!

Wonderful Family Vacation
6 adults and 6 kids…PLENTY of space and we never felt crowded. House had everything we needed. Beach was beautiful and never crowded! We had one clogged sink and the property company had it fixed within a couple hours. Excellent service!!Would absolutely stay here again!!! FIVE STARS!!!

Amazing vacation home
Ten of us grandparent, parents, and adult children stayed in the duplex. We were able to take showers without running out of hot water. We had a minor issue with dishwasher but maintenence was fast. Location is great. Pool right there for night swims or just non-ocean swims. Master shower was amazing. Very clean and had decently stocked kitchen. It could use a knife sharper and possibly a better skillet but pretty good for a vacation home. AC works well. Mattresses were very comfortable. Back deck could use work. We will book this one again.

Spring Break
We had a group of 8 adults and 11 children ages 3-9 for our spring break and we had a wonderful time! There was space for everyone and we loved being right on the beach and essentially having our own beach area. The kids also really loved the pool. The only things we had on our wish list was that the queen bedroom was a king so that there would be 4 king beds and also that the pool deck could use some updating. We had some boards that popped up when stepped on one end and some nails that were raised were prime for stubbing toes and hurting feet. But other than that it was picture perfect and we will be staying again!!

This house was super nice and very clean. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family. The only complaint we had was the deck had loose boards and raised nails.

Clean house, great for a group with a few minor tweaks
Overall the house was super clean inside. Appreciated the upgrades made throughout. A few things that could improve: -trash left outside on the patio (broken chairs, broken pool equipment) -patio needs to be redone - lots of nails sticking up and boards that come right up -more patio furniture - with the amount of people that can sleep in the house, there is very limited seating on the deck for mornings or evenings -would be nice if they included beach chairs, umbrella, towels, etc - other houses nearby did this so thankfully we had family staying nearby we could borrow from -no spices or anything additional to cook with

Perfect for our family of 10. Great location, well stocked kitchen, plenty of space, nicely furnished. Only drawback is that the deck needs work. Nails sticking out and uneven boards make it difficult for little ones We had an issue with the AC, but maintenance arrived promptly and fix the issue !!

Big Family get together
We had 10 adults, and 2 infants. This property was very comfortable for the size of our group. The pool was very clean and had floats available. The beach access was very clean and the house supplied toys for the littles. There is also a volleyball net that was definitely a good time with our very competitive group. Would def recommend to other families who are looking for a private get away.

Excellent!
Property was as described. Great location if you are looking to be off the beaten path. Not too far from restaurants and attractions if that’s what you are looking for. Clean, good room sizes, plenty of space (we had 18 people), excellent A/C, short distance to the water, nice/clean pool. I would recommend this place 10/10. Only negative is the pool deck and deck to the sand needs some maintenance.
