Amenities Include: High Speed Internet with WiFi, central AC and heat, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, linens, towels for bath and beach. outdoor loungers and chairs/table on lanai, grill, beach chairs. Please note: Fireplace in not operable and unable to use. No pets allowed. Requires 30 night minimum stay.

Old Florida home… beautiful “bones”, but desperately needs cleaning and repairs.

~Home was very dirty and dusty. We spent our first two days cleaning. ~Most windows and sliding glass doors do not open. Several are covered on the outside with dirty corrugated plastic, and are useless as windows. ~Many issues with plumbing leaks that obviously have not been adressed for many months. ~Found gun and ammo in closet. (Not appropriate items to leave in rental home!) ~Renters are not informed beforehand that they cannot enter, or use, the front door of the home. You must use the keyed entry on the side of the house, and enter the BATHROOM. (The first thing you see is a toilet!) ~Rats were an issue on outside deck, leaving feces to be swept off every morning. (Property manager is addressing the issue )
