Lots of space and a picture book view are the magic words of this unique holiday finca. Because with an incredible three million square meters! you really have a lot of space here for yourself and your family. From the beautiful 11m x 5m pool you can enjoy the unique view of Mont Farrutx and the other mountains from Artà to the sea.

But not only the outside area is characterized by a lot of space and sea views, the rooms inside the new finca are very tastefully and elegantly decorated.

On the ground floor of the main house there is the elegantly furnished living-dining room with satellite TV and Sonos system, a large, perfectly equipped, bright kitchen to the delight of all cooks and a beautiful bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and bathroom en suite.

Upstairs you will find three more bedrooms, each with its own new en suite shower room. All bedrooms in the main house are equipped with air conditioning.

In addition, there is a beautiful guest house right next to the main house. Here you will find two further bedrooms, each with its own bathroom en suite, as well as a modern, small, bright kitchen and a cozy living area.

In total, this spectacular finca can comfortably accommodate up to twelve people to spend an unforgettable and wonderful vacation.

Amazing house and location

Our family of 12 stayed at this house over the summer. The size of the house was ample and location to local beaches was great. We had a superb time!

Fantastische plek voor een groep

Met in totaal 9 wielrenners geweldige dagen gehad op dit prachtige landgoed. De ligging is ideaal en zo veel mooier dan Alcudia waar veel andere groepen wielrenners verblijven. Ook voor vriendengroepen of families uitermate geschikt. Je waant je terug in de tijd, netjes verzorgd, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Für große Gruppen super geeignet !

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Immobilie, eingerichtet und ausgestattet wie man es selten in einer gemieteten Ferienimmobilie erlebt. Zudem in einer absoluten Alleinlage und doch nah genug an Arta und Meer.

Lovely finca, very well equiped, fantastic suroundings

The house was big and comfortable with a large kitchen, wounderful to cook in. The view was magnificent and the infinity pool with saltwater lovely. Lot of space and places to relax outside in the garden. The separate smaller house was perfect for our teenagers who could have their own space. Good sized bedrooms with nice bathrooms, all neat and tidy. The finca was a perfect place to relax in a beautiful environment away from tourist areas. At the same time you reached some of the most lovely beaches and villages within just 15-30 min drive.

Einfach genial. Das Haus die Umgebung,die Ausstattung, alles Super

Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich begrüsst. Dann das Haus gezeigt und die Umgebung. Alles war sehr schön, ausser der Pool. Das Wasser war grün und niemand wusste warum. Das wurde aber noch am selben Tag behoben. Ansonsten war alles Perfekt. Es gibt viele verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten, Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig, Die Küche ist mit allem was es braucht ausgestattet. Einfach genial. Es hat Haartrockner in den meisten Zimmer. Was ganz toll war, dass es Pooltücher gab. Die Autos konnten wir unter einen schattigen Carport stellen. Vor dem Haus gibt es zwei Zitronenbäume, von denen wir immer frische Früchte ernten konnten. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen mit unglaublich viel Umschwung man ist aber trotzdem in kurzer Zeit in grösseren Orten. Ein kleiner Nachteil, der mit wenig Aufwand behoben werden könnte wäre eine Klimaanlage im Gästehaus. Die hat wirklich gefehlt. Aber ansonsten können wir das Haus bestens empfehlen.

Traumhaft!

Eine traumhafte Finca für alle die Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Die Beschreibung ist absolut korrekt und entspricht dem tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten. Die Woche, die wir dort verbrachten verging wie um Flug und alle Mitreisenden (wir waren insgesamt 7 Personen), haben sich in der Finca sehr wohlgefühlt. Gerne hätte ich 5 Sterne gegeben, doch da das in der Beschreibung erwähnte Gästehaus nicht zur Verfügung stand, gibt es nur 4. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut. Die Finca liegt absolut ruhig abseits der Straße. Diese hört man nur, wenn der Wind ungünstig steht. Die Finca selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen komfortablen Fincaurlaub braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Colonia de San Pere (kleine Sparmarkt für die alltäglichen Dinge). Mehr Auswahl gibt es in den Supermärkten in Can Picafort (Mercador und Eroski). In Colonia de San Pere gibt es zudem auch einige gute Restaurants. Uns persönlich hat das Sa Xarxa am besten gefallen. Normalerweise buchen wir nicht gerne zweimal dasselbe Haus, doch bei dieser Finca waren wir uns alle einig, dass man dort durchaus nochmal Urlaub machen kann. Vielen Dank auch noch Mal an die Agentur für die gute Betreuung!
