Guest bedroom with a beautifully tiled and skylighted shower/tub combination opens to a private interior courtyard. Driveway, walkway and patios have been upgraded with beautiful Ackerstone pavers and surrounded with serene desert landscaping. Just steps to the palm tree lined pool and spa. Broadband internet with WiFi (Wireless Internet). Flat screen TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Mini-vault for safekeeping. Maytag Neptune front loading washer and dryer. Two car plus golf cart garage. Rental does not include golf, tennis, or dining privileges at Ironwood Country Club.
