The perfect retreat for families or a group of friends, this 12th-floor resort condo is waiting to provide you and your guests with days (and nights) of fun and relaxation. You’ll love spending time on your private, furnished balcony taking in the fresh air and magnificent view of the Gulf of Mexico. The well-equipped, full kitchen is stocked with all the appliances, cookware, and dishes you’ll need to enjoy crafting meals in the comfort of your vacation home, with lots of counter space to make life a little easier. At the end of each sun-filled beach day, kick back in the living area and watch your favorite shows on the large, flatscreen TV while the overhead ceiling fan and central air conditioning keep you cool and comfortable. And on-site, take advantage of a number of shared amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, fitness room, and even a tennis court!

Things to Know
Pool passes and wristbands are included in your reservation.
Bookings will be charged $40.00 per registration plus the credit card transaction fee in GuestSVCS. Cancellations will result in a credit card fee of 2.99% of the transaction amount, plus $.30. This fee is nonrefundable.
Armbands will be in the vacation rental upon arrival. Please leave them here when departing. Guests will be charged $50 for each missing armband.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect location for a quick getaway!

It had plenty of room and we loved the location of condo! It was conveniently near elevators and trash shoot was right around the corner. It was definitely worth the price and we enjoyed our stay!

Great getaway

Everything was great at the condo. Beautiful. view of the gulf from balcony. Only thing i would change is bigger washer and dryer and more towels. Our friends trip at this condo was a great getaway and evrything we expected. We didnt get to enjoy the ocean as much as we liked due to jellyfish and no warning flags out

Fall Break

The condo was good and had everything we needed. My only issue is with Majestic Towers. We have stayed here multiple times and the pool security is too strict. No drinks any where near the pool and got checked for our wrist bands sometimes 4 times a day. Felt like elementary school kids.

There was tape on the walls. Sliding outside door didn’t lock. The bathroom pocket door didn’t shut and lock. Dishes left in the dishwasher. The bar top and table wasn’t wiped down. The coffee pot was a 5 cup machine for an 8 people condo. Mold was in the coffee filter when opened. We contacted Vacasa multiple times without a fix or response.

Great place could use a little more communication and TLC but a fantastic place!

It was great! The only improvements I would suggest would be a little more communication on the check in process it’s pretty complex in comparison to just entering a code on the door… and then there were very minor repairs that could be made to the property such as closet door knobs new shade on bunk bed window, need to upgrade curtains on those windows with very bright lights coming in those hallway windows and a few cabinets that hinges are in need of repair. But over all fabulous place would stay there again!

The location was awesome the view was very nice. The condo was as pictured nice size. Wasn't very cleaned though, pantry door was broken washer didn't work well outside patio furniture was broke . The fridge leaked other than that was a awesome time

Terrible stay. AC didn’t work the entire time.

This has literally been one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had with a vacation rental. When we first walked in to our condo, the AC was obviously not working. Which either means that whoever cleaned the condo before we got there must have been aware and never reported it. Or they reported it and the Vacasa property manager just didn’t do anything to contact us to let us know. We contacted customer service immediately and they didn’t even get someone out to check it until the next day. However, by the end of that day we still hadn’t heard from customer service and I had to send another email to get an update. Apparently the technician came by while we weren’t in our condo and we were told our entire AC unit needed to be replaced and wasn’t fixable. But, nobody told us this until I emailed to request an update. We were offered the possibility of moving to a new condo but nothing was available in the same facility. We have two young children and we would have had to take most of a day to pack up and move all our luggage and the groceries we had already purchased to another condo in a different area. We only had a couple days left at that point and didn’t want to waste them moving. So we asked for some fans to be dropped off at our condo to help with the heat but never got a response from customer service until the next evening who said we could buy our own fans and be reimbursed. This was not an acceptable option and just continued the absolute lack of customer service we’d been experiencing. Apparently bringing some extra fans to customers who had no Air Conditioning on spring break in Florida was too much to ask.

9 night stay

We had a great time in PCB for our 9 night stay. Upon arrival we checked in easily and the door code was send early in the day. The master bedroom shower needs a good cleaning, the cleaning crew didn’t do a very good job doing a thorough cleaning. We found empty pop cans and wrappers under the guest bed, someone’s debit card left in the dryer( I tracked the people down and returned it to them) there is very limited cooking supplies they could really be updated. The picture on the wall in the bedroom was in the floor broken when we arrived as well. The large area rug in the living area was FULL of sand when we arrived as well. Over all we had a great stay I just feel like I would want to know these things if I was the condo owner. Thanks for having us!

Very Nice Condo

Absolutely beautiful view! Very clean! Just needs some updated amenities. Dishwasher was very load and the refrigerator leaked water from the ice maker into the fridge. Other than that it was an absolutely perfect week!
