Vacation

Great condo the best balcony beach veiw! Condo very nice and clean. Couches did have a little bit of a muskie odor to them but nothing over bearing. The 1st couple of nights there was a great deal of noise from the ceiling (people above us) but it did not last long. Over all this was by far a GREAT place to say! *****

1st time at Cocoa Beach!!!!

The property was perfect. Amenities at the property were top notch as well. Proximity to local restaurants and attractions. Was able to witness a launch from Cape Canaveral as well. The beautiful sunrise and sunsets as well. I give this a 10 out of 10.

Unclean condo

The kitchen was not clean, I had to to wash dishes in cabinet before using them. The patio furniture was terrible and not what was shown on Vrbo. Was very disappointed that we couldn’t sit out on patio. The furniture in condo was not wiped down and kitchen floor not clean The location and surrounding areas were very nice. The rooftop patio was really nice.

Fall break get away.

We had a great stay! Loved the balcony and the roof top. We watched a night time launch from the roof top as well as a sunset. We watched sunrises from the balcony. It was perfect for us. We had two adults and a 14 year old and two 12 year olds. We will stay there again!

Beautiful!

We had a wonderful week. The condo is lovely, nice decor, sunrises over the ocean, good location. Despite a musty odor in the bedrooms, we throughly enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. The manager was so kind to work with.

We had a wonderful & relaxing trip, the beach was beautiful & the sunset & sunrise views were amazing, loved the views from the top of the building, definitely an unexpected bonus, will definitely come back

Great condo

Condo is nice and spacious with great view of ocean. Very close to beach and and pool. The building is right next to the cocoa beach pier so it does get a little congested traffic wise around the area. If you want super duper quiet/remote this will be a little busy for you, but my husband and I thought it was fine and would stay here again. (There were No loud parties at night and the pier etc is quiet in the evening. ). Great location to watch a SpaceX launch from. The king bed was actually comfortable and the couches pretty good also. ( I broke my ankle the second. I guy there- so at least I had a comfy sofa and bed and nice view!!) Other positives— a couple of beach chairs to use as well as some beach towels which we laundered at the end of our stay. We night and left a new beach umbrella for whomever comes next. ! Hand soap and enough dishwasher pods to use for just the two of us for 6 days were provided. Also new and clean washer and dryer. Highly recommend this place. Thank you!!!

Not as advertised

The balcony had no table and chairs, it sort of had a build in table and two stools (very uncomfortable). It was next to some sort of unit (maybe air conditioning) I don't know but it ran constantly, hard to carry on a conversation. The balcony doors (both screen and glass doors) were really hard to open. It took two of us to open the glass door. The kitchen was not stocked at all. We only found salt and pepper. We killed numerous roaches. We found long black hairs on the ceiling and wall of the master bath. The other bathroom was real small and needed updated. The view of the ocean was limited if you were in the living room due to the table on the balcony, other than that, the ocean view was beautiful. The pool was real nice. Had it not been for the noise on the balcony and the sliding doors and the roaches, I would stay there again but for those reasons, I will not stay there again. Actually, I feel that we deserve a refund, I hadn't had a vacation in over ten years due to my Husband's illness and was really looking forward to this one. I am so disappointed!

Great trip!

We loved this place. The location is perfect and the view from the balcony is stunning. Saw rocket launches and hit the beach and pool most days. Had softball tournament nearby and drive was only about 25 min. Highly recommend!!!

A month in paradise

We had a wonderful stay at Costal Haven. It had everything we needed to make our month a trip to remember. The manager was very responsive to any issues we had. We are looking forward to returning next year. I’m going to miss all my sunrises each morning.

Internet &cable kept going out called owner , no response, call VRBO they sent to owner still no res

View was awesome, well stocked kitchen was pans not spices.Did not respond to internet issues, xtra blankets were not clean. Pool was very nice. Had a great time with friends

A bit busy but OK for a young family or college kids

It was nice and well-decorated. Reasonably clean but the kitchen was a bit disorganized. The beach location which I should have guessed from the Pier in the photo was pretty busy. Not a bad thing necessarily, but if you're looking for tranquility look elsewhere. My mother-in-law liked people-watching!

Great view and location. One thing that was an issue for us was how the outside lighting lit up the master bedroom. A room darkening shade would be helpful.

Perfect,, Million Dollar View, Clean, Safe, Best Location Perfect Stay!

The property is kept in fantastic condition. Professional levels of upkeep, easy access parking facilities, fresh paint everywhere, even the sidewalks are nice. The condo was immaculate. Besides supplying everything you need to be comfortable, it even had extra towels for the beach. Two bathrooms and a full kitchen with everything we needed to cook, and be totally comfortable for our week long stay. I've been renting condo's a few times a year for about 15 years and this condo was easily one of the best I've ever stayed in. I had to call and ask a few things before the stay, I got a person right away, she was great and helped me with everything. The building is nice, great lobby., well lit at night. and the rooftop view is beyond words. You can see the ocean in one direction and the waterway in the other direction. You can walk to the pier, witch had some wonderful food, there is a grocery store within walking distance, and etc, etc. This was a great stay, Our kid leaves for college and the week in a condo, ON the beach, just a perfect, perfect send off. Thanks for one of the best stays ever.!!

Completely disappointed

We were completely disappointed in the condo. So tiny and outdated. The price we paid for the week was way too much for the unit and accommodations. Deck is so small you can only have one or two standing. Condo location was right next to pier so a lot of traffic. Do not recommend this unit. We had several in our group staying at the same location and their units were much nicer than ours but all very small. Kitchen and bathroom have very little room, condo was not very clean at check in. Will not stay at this location if ever back in the area.
