Master offers a Queen bed, Private Bath & Private Balcony & TV. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed & TV. Living room offers guests a queen size sofa sleeper. This 9th floor condo is uniquely situated to provide the BEST VIEWS available- The living room balcony provides direct views of the Beach and provides spectacular views of the evening Sunset. On the other side of the condo, the master bedroom balcony provides unobstructed views of Lake Powell and the morning Sunrise! The kitchen is fully stocked and offers everything you will need to make meal prep a breeze. Dining Area offers a table and seating for 6. The unit has upper and lower levels. The open concept lower level has a living room which opens to a balcony overlooking the ocean. This level also has a modern kitchen, dining area, half bathroom and laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The upper level has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, its own private bathroom with shower and a private balcony which overlooks Lake Powell and TV, for relaxing, after a day in the sun. The second bedroom has a bay of windows overlooking the ocean, Queen Bed and TV.
Pinnacle Port is in a very unique Beach location. The resort is tucked away on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach, far away from the hustle and bustle. The resort is far back from any noisy street and sits directly on the ocean's beach! It has a quarter mile of soft white sand to enjoy the moment you step out of the building- NO BOARDWALKS. The property is adjacent to Camp Helen State Park and a Bird Sanctuary which provides an additional half mile of completely undeveloped pristine beachfront to explore. On the back side of the condo, we border Lake Powell and have a fishing pier, boat dock and a boat launch which are all free to use! We border Carillon Beach Community which is a great place to take an evening stroll, visit the gift shops, dine out, or ride bikes.
Resort amenities include two pools, four tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball court, grilling and picnic areas with charcoal grills, and a very nice playground for the children. There are separate men and women saunas, an exercise room, and free Wi-Fi. On-site rentals of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and kayaks are available. Our property is a gated community, and patrolled 24/7 by the security staff.
Convenient Location: We are only a few minutes from 30A and the quaint beach communities of Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary Beach, and Grayton Beach. We share location with Carillon community. Pier Park is 10 minutes away with all its restaurants, shops, Movie Theater, etc. We are 20 minutes to the airport. There are two large grocery stores located across from the security gate entrance. The outlet malls of Destin are about 30 minutes away.
Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this house. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. Please also, note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under 18 & accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement of all guests upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the person driver's license who booked will be requested. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is sent back within 48 hours guests forfeit reservation & will not be refunded.
This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Absolutely no exceptions.
Please note, starting March of 2024 the resort will be requiring a resort fee to be paid. As of right now that is still in vote. All guests that book now until then will be required to take care of that balance prior to checking in!
Starting 5/1/24 parking is now $30.00 per vehicle plus the credit card processing & technology fees. Guests will be responsible for registering their two vehicles prior to their arrival date.
This unit has a two-car limit. No more than two vehicles will be allowed on property. No exceptions.
This property & unit are not pet friendly. Please note if we find an authorized pet in the home, you will be evicted without refund. If evidence of a pet is found at checkout, you will be fined a charge of $500.
No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This condo sleeps 6 people max. No exceptions.
Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night. We do not provide amenities for your entire stay.
Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready.
Failure to check out by 10am will result in additional charges. Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.
Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.
This is a nonsmoking unit. Evidence otherwise will result in a $300 fine & possible eviction without refund. You are allowed to smoke outside as long as cigarettes are disposed of properly. Failing to do so will result in a $300 fine.
Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.
