Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, TVs in all the rooms including Living room and dining room. Close to shopping and entertainment. Impact glass on all windows and glass doors. 8000 lb boat lift. (fee will be applied)

Master bedroom: King and in-suite bathroom, Guest Bedroom: Queen, 3rd bedroom two twins share a guest bathroom - All the rooms have TVs

Fun in the sun

We had a great time at this property! The layout was perfect! Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would ever need. The pool, Lani and the deck by the canal we used daily. When we arrived the house was very clean, beds were very comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Cape Coral.

Winter Getaway

We enjoyed this property very much. The home was clean and well-stocked with anything you might need to make it feel like your own home. We especially loved the pool. Nice neighbors, too!

It was perfect for us!

We loved this property & we would stay again. We are a family of 6 including a 17 years old & 12 year old triplets. Our Labradoodle also enjoyed her stay here. It was clean. We met the pool guy. The living room was perfect for a family movie night. We texted all our questions & the response was imminent. We would definitely stay here again.
