The Londo’s are great hosts. The house is clean and comfortable. There is ample seating in the living room and the kitchen is well stocked if you are preparing your own meals. We are returning guests and since we now have dogs, when planning out trips this is the first place I check. A very nice place to stay.
The house is smaller, but perfect for four people. It's only one bathroom, but we managed and since we were only there for a short time and most of it was at the ski hills, it was fine. We had heavy snow the night we came, and the driveway was plowed while we were at dinner, which was great. We will definitely come back next year.
The property was very clean, in a very good location and was fully stocked with everything he we needed. A washer/dryer would be very beneficial but we had nothing to complain about during our stay
Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Will definitely return.

A Little Pricey For What You Get
Overall the property was decent, however the remodel updates were very low budget. The bed mattress was older with significant body impressions. The cleanliness was ok but if you have pet allergies, the furnture was full of dog hair. There were no extras such as coffee or tea.
Not a bad stay but wouldnt stay again

Nice but small
House is completely fine on the inside, neighborhood not the most inviting. After seeing the size of house, the host and service fees ($120 for three nights) are kind of crazy.
Hubby and I enjoyed our stay. This home has new flooring and other improvements. We appreciated how much natural light there was in the kitchen and living spaces, and plenty of lighting available for the evening as well.
The house is close to town--the local restaurant and an interesting shop were an easy walk. It was great to bike to Sunday Lake and enjoy their nature boardwalks.
Great location in Wakefield with easy access to Snow River and other ski areas. Clean, cozy, and pet friendly which we needed. We would definitely stay here again!
Unfortunately no snow during our stay… who would have guessed??. Still lots to do nearby… especially the waterfalls and hiking, and some bargain post Christmas shopping too.
Great hosts, quick to respond to questions. House inside was accurate as vrbo listing pictures showed. House was clean and thoughtfully decorated, if you are familiar with the area you will recognize the artwork on the walls. Furniture was comfortable and there was ample seating if needed. I say this because I have been in rentals that “sleep 6” but only have enough seating for 4. We have already booked another stay in January… I would definitely recommend to a friend.
We had a great stay, the only thing to make it better would be a washer and dryer. Everything was spotless, as someone said a diamond in the rough. The outside could be improved I’m sure that will happen soon. The bed was comfortable, and we put the kitchen to good use and cooked our meals. We carry a small gas grill and we’re glad we did as there wasn’t a grill. We also had our own lawn chairs. The weather changed so we got to use the A/C and the heat, both worked well.
We had a group of guys working in the area and they loved having a home away from home . We had stayed at property before and it is very nice . Communication with host was wonderful . I would highly recommend
Great property, attention to detail with the artwork on the walls -priceless. I knew what most were, but a reference guide to the location and a bit of history would be a great added touch. Unit available before our check in time which was nice. We were hiking so it didn’t matter to us, but the communication from owner is very considerate. Outside of the house is the “rough” but the inside is a rare diamond! Would absolutely stay here again 😊
This home was cozy. Wakefield is a small, quiet little town. Everyone we met was super nice. The house was very clean and beds were comfy. We would stay here again.

Good home base
Good location for a home base if exploring the Porcupine Mountains, ski resorts, etc. Home is well stocked with towels, dishes, sheets, blankets, etc. Neighborhood was a mix of nice homes and run down homes. My truck was keyed along the whole passenger side while parked overnight. Check in was easy but email and texts went unresponded to.
We stopped over in Wakefield for two nights and really appreciated this property--clean, thoughtfully appointed, close to local grocery store & restaurant, walking distance to small lake & a few downtown shops. It was also a great spot for area attractions; we were there in summer, so no skiing for us! But Porcupine Mts Wilderness State Park is just a 20 min drive away, and a beautiful place for hiking.
