Made this a stop on a motorcycle trip. It was a perfect pick, convenient to local food, and the Ohio river. Great spot to relax, and have a good time in the neighborhood.
We rented out the whole place. Layout is interesting but doable. Snacks in each room a plus, well stocked with towels, soap, shampoo. We enjoyed the hot tub and proximity to the water. Morning stroll by the water was great. Only thing not good was figuring out to set the air conditioning units. Stayed warm in the bedrooms.

Why they chose this property
Once you visit, you may not wish to leave! Augusta is a Mayberry sort of town with a cast of characters & always something to do.
What makes this property unique
The river is a gem in its own. Named one of the best river towns in the USA, Augusta has a ferry that serves a connector to Ohio. The simplicity of life here is unparalleled with plenty of shopping, restaurants, a distillery, and of course, 9 miles of unobstructed river views.
