The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 55 m² flat with swimming pool for rent in Agde, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises a 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with TV and sofa
- A south-west-facing loggia (approx. 5 m²) with dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- A shower room (with walk-in shower)
- A separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, iron.

Outside:
- A 15 x 10 m² swimming pool (shared, unheated), open from 1 May to 30 September

The flat is ideally located in Agde, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities:
- Plage du Môle is around 800 m away on foot
- Water sports: sailing, stand-up paddle, jet-skiing, scuba diving, etc.
- Sea trips
- Aqualand Cap d'Agde and Luna Park about 2 km away

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available near the accommodation from October to May. Pay parking is available the rest of the year.
