High end 4 bedroom three level townhome steps from the base of Purgatory resort with majestic views of the Needles mountain range. Ideal location for families who want a home base just steps from the lift and slopes. Three level layout allows groups to spread out with 2 bedrooms upstairs, main bedroom on main 2nd level, and big family room on the 1st level.

The views here will not disappoint. Whether it is watching the alpenglow turn from orange to pink on the Needles range, or the moonrise behind the scraggy peaks, views from this property will move you inside. The unit has a wall of windows that creates a cathedral effect on the mountain views to the East. As a corner unit, it also has southern exposure for sun throughout the day. Views from the back decks of the mountain and slopes complete the spectacular location.

Unique location with easy access to lifts and slopes and amazing views. You can do everything right out the door and never need to use the car again after you arrive if you don't want to. Silverton is a fun day trip and numerous trails and other outdoor options are close by.

Best location possible

This property is incredible inside and could not be more conveniently located for a family ski trip. True ski in and out right off the bunny hill lift and base lifts.

Absolute perfection!

We are a group of six family members that visited Purgatory for our first time for a ski trip. We could not be more pleased with the condo itself, the ski hill and the location. All of us are regular VRBO consumers and we agreed this is perhaps the nicest home we have rented. The home was so very comfortable, beautifully decorated, well stocked, and welcoming. We are already planning to rent it again for a ski week next year. 100% recommend.

Awesome!

My family of six (kids 7-12yo) and my sister’s family of 4 (kids 15-22) had an amazing stay! Michael was great and even set up a Christmas tree for us. We all had plenty of room moving around and never had a wait for a bathroom. My 4 kids stayed on first floor and my sister’s family on the 3rd. Is a very short walk to slopes with many lifts to choose from. View from living room is beautiful. Highly recommend this property.

Excellent location. The Host was very helpful and one of the easiest VRBO host's to communicate with that I have ever experienced! The property was well equipped and had everything that we needed. One of the very best VRBO experiences that I have ever had.

Good place till they tried charging extra for cleaning at the end for bogus reasons.

Start and stay were great. Communication was good. Soured at the end when I got a bill for extra to clean. Just be careful. Seemed like maybe they try it on everyone to see if they’ll just pay it and give them a quick buck.

Enjoyed the property and the location was great. Steps to the slopes so very convenient when you have a little one. Enjoyed the bottom floor for all of our ski equipment. Beds were very comfortable and roomy. Very easy check in process

Great spot!

A wonderful spot to stay between Durango and Silverton/Ouray. Fun things to do in the immediate vicinity and plenty to do within a short drive. A great large rental for our extended family. We’d definitely stay here again. The kids LOVED the resort pool with waterside and large hot tub.

A perfect home base for our ski vacation.

This was our first trip to Purgatory and we weren’t sure what to expect from the resort or the home. It turns out both were perfect for our crew. The property had plenty of room for my family of 5. Our oldest is a special needs kiddo so we brought our nanny as well to help with her while everyone else was on the mountain. We all had privacy when we wanted it but the kitchen/dining area and living room provided a great space for us to hang out as well. I love to cook and this was one of the best kitchens I’ve ever run into at a Vrbo. The knives were sharp, there were plenty of pots and pans, and there was even a Kitchen Aid mixer to my amazement which we did put to use. The location of this property was fantastic as well. We had a very short walk to the base of the resort which made it super easy to mobilize in the morning and pop in for a quick lunch mid day. Michael and his property management team were great at communicating and you could tell that they really cared about the experience we were having. We will be back for sure!

Best accommodations at Purgatory

This place was a fantastic lodge! We have stayed at just about every lodge at Purgatory and this one was by far the best. Very clean, very close the chair lifts, great views and very fancy! Had everything we needed as far as amenities. We had to make a request to the property manager about something and they were very responsive. My only very minor gripe was that several different emails were sent prior to our stay with different info in each one. It took me a while to find the one that had the door codes in it. Very minor quibble though. I highly recommend!

Amazing townhome, great location

Property had everything we were looking for and needed for our escape! Great living spaces, and comfortable bedrooms..ample living area, all the features you need, clean and cozy.
