The open-plan living area is stylishly furnished adding to your experience of easy holiday living. Here dining, relaxing and socialising outdoors, all flow effortlessly together. Perfect for the summer, glass doors open onto the deck. Invite guests to watch the sun go down over the ocean, enjoy an alfresco meal, or take part in a uniquely South African 'braai' (that's a barbecue!).
Guests can take up a sun lounger and while away their holiday, reading and sun-tanning alongside the pool. You will love Villa 31’s various indoor and outdoor spaces, well-equipped kitchen and separate lounges. During the summer months, breakfast, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed outside on 3 different levels

Please note: Rates for 2024/25 have been drastically reduced due to ongoing construction next door to the villa. Please note the construction can be extremely noisy, or completely quiet. We cannot give any guarantees on this. Should you accept the rate and proceed with a booking, no further compensation can be offered on arrival or during the stay as a result of the construction.
This is a dedicated year-round vacation home which is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!
Important: As a professional property manager, we are delighted to inform you that all our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, removing the need for you to provide a physical cash damage deposit. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself and finalise the process. In the unlikely event that Superhog is unable to provide the necessary damages cover, you would be required to provide a physical damages deposit prior arrival.
