Some of the best views at Wintergreen! Come and relax at our newly updated condo at Overlook! The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and a master bathroom that provides a jacuzzi tub, perfect for soaking! The master bedroom also has a private entrance to the deck! The guest bedroom boasts a queen size bed making this the perfect spot for a small family or a couples retreat. The guest bedroom also has access to it's own balcony!

Our fully equipped kitchen and open floor plan will make you feel right at home. We've recently updated the kitchen appliances and renovated the kitchen as well as both bathrooms. Step out on the newly renovated deck and take in the sunrise over a hot cup of coffee or stargaze with your favorite glass of wine. Need some exercise? We provide our guests with a Peloton bike to use, just bring your own Peloton shoes and Peloton login! Need to work remotely? We have high speed internet! We also have a Sonos system! Whether you're coming to relax or play, this condo is sure to be the perfect place! We provide all of our guests with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and dishwasher pods. We also supply all linens and towels.

For ski rentals, you'll want to reserve in advance. Availability fills up fast. You may also be able to purchase lift tickets in advance. Check the Wintergreen Resort website for more info.

Please note: You can use the indoor pool/hot tub at the Wintergarden Spa with a spa treatment reservation. You can book your reservations online or call them directly. Guests will have access to the Chestnut Springs and Rodes Farm outdoor pools from 2PM to 6PM. (Memorial Day Weekend-Labor Day Weekend). A valid I.D. will be required for access. Lake Monocan is also available on Sundays, Tuesday-Friday. Check the WPOA website for hours and pricing. We highly recommend checking the WPOA website for the best hiking trails and maps. Off the mountain there are numerous wineries, restaurants, and breweries open to all!

The use of motorcycles are prohibited on the mountain. Guests driving motorcycles will need to park at the Wintergreen PD and have transportation up to the condo.

Beautiful Condo

This updated condo was a wonderful get away for 4 adults. Everything was clean and well-cared for. We loved the view. Got to watch a black bear from the deck. Very easy check-in and out with the keypad entry.

Spring Getaway

I had to be in Charlottesville for business, so my wife and I decided to add a couple days to the trip and stay in a condo at Wintergreen. The condo was excellent. Very comfortable - modern - and the views were incredible! I especially enjoyed having my coffee and watching the sunrise over the mountains.

Fall Getaway

Summer get away

Breathtaking views. Super relaxing, kids loved it. Great location and very clean. Kitchen was beautifully updated and that balcony was a dream!! My only recommendations are to provide patio cushions and improve the heat pump so we have more hot water for showers. These are such small issues compared to the magnificent time we had. Mountain condo home rental

This rental property sits very high on Wintergreen giving astounding views of the adjacent mountain and valley below. Sunrise, although quite early, and sunset are like a perfect painting. It was fascinating to take pictures of the sunrise every 5-10 minutes and watch the sun make its ascent, reaching a brilliant ball of fire at eye level until it reached its peak. The condo is not like a rental-it is a home and has been set up with love evidenced through out. Brand new appliances, a much better stocked kitchen than my own. And huge bonus: washer and dryer..we did our laundry the night before leaving so packed clean clothes to take home and didn’t have laundry to do when unpacking. There are many activities around the mountain and on the mountain as well, plenty of trails. Restaurants on the mountain and close by off the mountain. There is a wonderful new family owned ice cream shop, Black Bear Creamery, home made right there in the store, in Nellysford. My husband and I stayed 4 nights and truly were sad to leave. We definitely will come back-many more times!!!!!!!!

We stayed at this unit for a long weekend. The view was nice and had a nice deck. We also enjoyed using the fireplace almost every evening. The last night my husband woke up to a leak in the hall bathroom at 3:00 in the morning. I emailed the property manager at that time after we got water shut off and sopped up all of the water. Contacted two more times later in the morning before we got a response. We had to cancel our plans for that day due to dealing with these issues. The maintenance technician (Mariah) that came was very polite and professional. The other issue we had is that the unit appeared to be in the midst of some renovations. There were places where there was Sheetrock replaced with no paint and unfinished work and drawers did not open and close properly (appeared the cabinets were painted and they had to put the drawers back in for our arrival). While we understood that the off season is a typical time to do Reno and upgrades, it would have been nice to have had a head’s up. In regards to cleanliness, the unit was pretty clean with the exception of the master bathroom shower. When expressing all of the aforementioned concerns to the property management team, they apologized but it also felt dismissive and they placed blame on the owners (specifically regarding the concern with not providing us with a heads up regarding the renovations).

Mountain Side slice of heaven

This property was absolutely fantastic! The view is amazing! We enjoyed the slopes a short drive down the mountain. The fireplace kept the space warm and cozy. Kitchen was stocked well enough to cook a good meal.

Stunning Mountain Top Home

Stayed here during the 2021 holiday week and enjoyed the location, home and amenities tremendously. The views are stunning, and a wraparound deck offers a large outdoor area to enjoy for meals and relaxing. The kitchen is fully prepared for families to cook meals (not always the case). Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are large, and the host offers lots of towels and blankets. Most importantly, everything was spotless and clean! Also, close to wineries and breweries that serve wonderful food so extra fun for guests. Highly recommend this home for a relaxing mountain getaway.
