Newly renovated and furnished listing
Located at Cayman Reef in the very heart of Seven Mile Beach, this unit has recently been upgraded with new bathrooms, kitchen, furniture and amenities. This second floor duplex has three bedrooms, two full baths and sleeps 6 people comfortably. You can relax in one of two private screened in patios overlooking the pool while enjoying lovely ocean views and gorgeous beach sunsets.

Head downstairs to the world famous Seven Mile Beach where you can relax under the shade of the umbrellas, walk on the white sandy beach or take a dip in the swimming pool. The open concept kitchen, dining and living space is fully stocked and has all the desired amenities.

Cayman Reef is centrally located, and is walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops and and bars, including Camana Bay

Amazing

Beautiful condo in the perfect location. Quick drive from the airport, walking distance to lots of restaurants and stores, and most importantly the resort is right on the beach! Very clean and had everything we needed. We had a tiny issue with the TV, but the owner was very responsive and quick to get it resolved. Will absolutely be going back!

A great place with a beautiful view and location

Everything was good and we really enjoyed the space Thank you! There were a few appliances that were not functioning to capacity- the dishwasher was not working at times The dryer - some times it dried and others not very well. The tea kettle stopped working also I hope they are easy things to fix. We tried our best to fix them

Great vacation

Overall great place. The only negative points I have to mention is that the kitchen is not very well equipped for my liking. We actually bought some strainers and dish cloths (to clean the dishes and countertops). The appartement lacks a little lighting, and I must say the couches in the living room are not that confortable, which is not the case for the beds! Like anything else in Grand Cayman, expensive. Otherwise, great condo, great location, and great service.

Another great stay at Cayman Reef

This was our 4th trip to Grand Cayman, second stay at Cayman Reef and our first stay in this unit. We really like the location of Cayman Reef for 7MB, short walks to restaurants and Fosters/Camana Bay. This unit was fantastic, nicely updated and well stocked. The beach is small but we didn't mind as we always walked down towards the big hotels. The owner was responsive to my communication and followed-up very promptly. Also there was a very unusual storm, for the time of year, while we were there and the property manager kept in close contact with us during the storm. Overall, it was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here when we return next year.

Wonderful vacation

We had a great stay! The condo was perfect for a family of five. It’s updated and very clean. Walkable to restaurants and shops. The beach is beautiful and the pool is great as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation spot

This property is just as wonderful as described. All the amenities were appreciated—plenty of pool/beach towels and bath towels, the chairs to bring to the beach were very nice, and there were games and snorkel gear. The condo was very clean and well maintained, as was the whole development. Highly recommend!

Clean updated condo perfect for 4-6 people

Fabulous stay at Cayman Reef Condo. Updated and clean with a nice view overlooking pool and beach in the distance. Unfortunately you can’t walk all the way north on 7 mile beach from here. You have to walk a portion on the street the ocean comes all the way up to the sea wall so you have to sit on chairs in the grass which was unfortunate. The pool was closed for the first few days due to deep cleaning. We made great use of tennis/pickleball court.

Great New Year's Stay

Cayman Reef Resort is a budget friendly option for staying in a 3 bed condo. This unit was nicely refurbished and has a good location within the complex. It's an easy walk to Camana Bay (cinema etc.) and the grocery store. Unfortunately the sand has washed away by the resort - so you have to walk down the street a bit to be able to reaccess seven mile beach to walk along it. Communication and flexibility of the hosts was terrific.

Pleasant stay at Cayman Reef Resort

Had a very comfortable stay at the resort. Unit was clean and tidy with all the thinks needed for a fun comfortable stay. The views of the ocean and pool area was great. For our stay most all of our activities were a few miles away so for us it was very nice but had to travel a bit. Only reason it wasn’t a 5 for us. Bit was a fine stay

Love Cayman Reef Resort!

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. The water level was very high, and of course that is beyone anyone's control, but we really appreciated the property owner reaching out and letting us know that ahead of time. The unit was very clean and beautiful. We had a great trip and would love to stay here again in the future!

Great condo in a convenient location

Condo had everything we needed for a family of 4 for our vacation. Comfortable furniture and beds and a well-stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for us to spread out when we wanted. The location is easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The pool is nice and even when there were other families there it was never crowded. The beach provides a great way to jump in the ocean and relax, swim, or snorkel. The water is very calm and clear. Overall a great place to stay.

This place is Perfect!

We had the most amazing vacation at this place. The condo was perfect and met all of our needs. Very clean and organized. Comfortable beds with lots of pillows! Everything you need is within walking distance! Tons of shops and restaurants to chose from. The beach is small and not crowded. The staff put out beach loungers and umbrellas each day for us to use. There is a perfect beach bar with food and drinks just down the beach! They also have jet ski rentals. The pool is large and has loungers and umbrellas as well.

Amazing Island Getaway!

Beautiful condo! It is well equipped with all the necessities needed (towels, toilet paper, beach towels etc). Very clean and well kept. Great location with fabulous beach! Host was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend vacationing here!!

Loved it!

Perfect for families. We went back and forth between the pool and beach all day. Easy walk to lots of great eating and modern amenities. Kids able to snorkel right at beach and saw a nurse shark, sting rays and lots of fish. Awesome ocean side little bar a short walk away. We loved it!

Fantastic unit, Sub-par beach

First let me say this condo unit was perfect...very clean, updated, and had everything we needed. The complex, however, was not so great. Specifically, the beach was bad. At high tide the water comes all the way up to the sea wall, meaning there is basically no beach. At low tide, there is maybe 30 feet between the seawall and the water. And there are buildings just to the north and the south that butt out into the water, which means you have about 250 yards of "7 Mile Beach" that you can walk without going into the water. That was most disappointing. Also, the condo complex, which I believe has about 60 units, has precisely 6 umbrellas on it's small section of beach, so there is a daily battle for who gets to claim the umbrellas. And the complex employees were crabby and generally unhelpful. Our host was fabulous, helpful, and great communication, and as I said the unit was really perfect for us. Just wish the location was better.

Fun Times at Cayman Reef Resort!

Our unit was awesome! Everything up to date and great location! Made lots of friends at the wonderful beach, especially watching the Cayman Sunset every night! Great restaurants within walking distance. Scuba diving is awesome. Water temp is 81 degrees all the way down to 100’ deep!

Girls 60th Birthday Trip

LOVED IT! Five of us stayed in this lovely condo for our 60th birthday celebration. The condo was just like the pictures. Everything was new and fresh, and the perfect amount of room for us. We had a nice ocean view and great pool view. The beach was stunning - on the small side so it felt like our own private beach. The location could not have been better - we walked to amazing restaurants and shopping almost every night. We rented a car for the week, but the only time we really needed it was to get to the bioluminescent bay for a kayak trip, which was about an hour drive from the condo. Other than that, we walked everywhere. It was perfect and the owner was very quick to respond to all of our questions. He even let us stay well past check out on our last day. We definitely want to return to this paradise!
