This very spacious 75 square meter apartment is in. 3 Floor of 2013 opened the house Sea view located, a resort with swimming pool, massage and sauna in the house - right on the beach of Baabe. From here you have a direct access to the beach. The house is equipped with an elevator, underground parking and a large spa with swimming pool (about 8.00 mx 4.00 m - 1.35 m deep), two saunas equipped (a Finnish sauna / bio-sauna) and a massage area , The spa is open all year. With a floor space of 75 square meters, two balconies, a guest toilet and a beach chair in the outdoor area, the apartment sundeck perfect configuration for up to four people. The separate bedroom with double bed, TV and wardrobe has two sleeps. A further two people can sleep on the sofa bed in the living / dining area, where also a TV is placed. The apartment, located on the third floor, has a spacious furnished balcony with beach chair and a smaller second balcony. Both are located in the direction of the pine forest. The accommodation is furnished for four people, the dining area even for five. In the kitchen you will find a four-burner stove with ceramic hob and oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher and a toaster and a coffee maker. The balconies are furnished. Speed wireless Internet access and a telephone with flatrate to German landlines are included. Bed linen and towels you get from us. In addition is a washing machine available. Sehr schöne FeWo in einer ansprechenden tollen Lage

Wirklich sehr schöne und moderne Feienwohnung mit einem tollen sonnigen Balkon. Wir waren im Juni dort und haben das schöne Wetter oft auf dem großen Balkon ( im Strandkorb ) genießen können. Die Lage der Wohnung im Haus Meeresblick nahe der Ostsee ist genial. Ausstattung war prima, im großen und ganzen alles vorhanden. Betten ( Boxspringbett ) sehr bequem, Sofa auch ... Wir kommen gerne wieder !
