* Parking Passes: You’ll receive two Green Parking Passes. Please be sure to return them to avoid a $500 replacement fee. If you accidentally take them, just send us the tracking number within 36 hours and overnight ship them back so they’re ready for the next guest.

* Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 4pm, and Check-out is at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are available for booking with 24-hour notice.

* Respectful Environment: Please refrain from parties or disruptive behavior. We want everyone to have a peaceful stay.

* Smoke-Free Home: This is a smoke-free space. If smoking occurs, an enhanced cleaning fee may apply.

* Noise Levels: To keep everyone comfortable, please keep noise to a minimum after 11 p.m. on weekdays and 12 a.m. on weekends.

* Guest Count: Please ensure the number of guests matches your reservation. If you’re expecting visitors, just let us know in advance.

* Security: Please don’t tamper with any security devices—they’re there for your safety. Remember to lock the doors when you’re out and at checkout.

* Energy Conservation: Please turn off the AC, heat, lights, and TVs before checking out.

* Checkout: Our checkout procedures are simple and easy to follow. Please complete a few basics before leaving.

* Damages: If anything gets damaged during your stay, please report it immediately. We’re here to help resolve any issues.

* Reservation Changes: We can’t accommodate reservation changes within 14 days of check-in, but extensions may be available.

* Allergies: Please let us know before booking if you have any allergies.

* Pet Policy: If you want to bring a pet, please first request approval.

* Accessibility: Please note that our listing is not handicap accessible, and you’ll need to climb stairs.

* Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask hosts and guests to adhere to our cancellation policies.

* Parking: With our provided passes, you have access to secure, free, and overnight parking. Metered parking is available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays and is free after that, as well as from 5 p.m. Saturday until 8 a.m. Monday. Please note that parking is prohibited from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m., 7 days a week. Be sure to use the provided parking to avoid any tickets or towing issues.
