* Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 4pm, and Check-out is at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are available for booking with 24-hour notice.
* Respectful Environment: Please refrain from parties or disruptive behavior. We want everyone to have a peaceful stay.
* Smoke-Free Home: This is a smoke-free space. If smoking occurs, an enhanced cleaning fee may apply.
* Noise Levels: To keep everyone comfortable, please keep noise to a minimum after 11 p.m. on weekdays and 12 a.m. on weekends.
* Guest Count: Please ensure the number of guests matches your reservation. If you’re expecting visitors, just let us know in advance.
* Security: Please don’t tamper with any security devices—they’re there for your safety. Remember to lock the doors when you’re out and at checkout.
* Energy Conservation: Please turn off the AC, heat, lights, and TVs before checking out.

Please note that parking is prohibited from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m., 7 days a week. Be sure to use the provided parking to avoid any tickets or towing issues.
