* Check-in is after 4:00pm and check-out no later than 10:00am

* An electronically signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking.
* Calypso Parking permit required. $50 flat fee per vehicle, per stay. NOT Daily! For your convenience, you are encouraged to purchase and print the pass at home via website.

Amazing property and location!!
We had 4 girls and 4 moms stay here for the girls senior trip. This property was amazing. There are so many things to do in walking distance. This place is very clean and has a great view. There is always someone who works at the towers walking around so we felt very safe. If I had to list a complaint, it would be that it is hard to find for the Uber drivers, pizza delivery or instacart. We had to meet them all in the parking lot because they couldn’t find us. So, we just considered it our hidden gem. Thank you to the property owners for always responding quickly to our silly questions. You helped us have an amazing trip. FHHS class of 2024!!

We loved the location. Walking distance to several restaurants, shopping, Pier Park. Short walk through overpass to the beach. The Condo is beautiful and well represented in descriptions. We are planning to go back. We highly recommend!
