Villa Pesquera is a beautiful beach and fishing town area located in Patillas. This popular location called the Malecon, has public showers, bathrooms, volleyball court, kids playground, boat ramp, restaurants, 6 kiosks (walk-up bars), outdoor beach rentals, fresh fish and a nature reserve you can explore. This rental is for the first entire floor that contains 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen, livingroom, private entrance, secure gated private parking for 1 cars and an amazing backyard with outdoor fireplace, BBQ, and bar. Beautiful house and gardens

This is a wonderful place to stay. The inside of the house was clean, functional, and attractive, but it was really the outside of the house that we loved so much. There are several places outside you can hang out and enjoy the gardens and relax. We enjoyed the food at Calixto just around the corner. The Kiosks were alive with music and karaoke our first night. Pete and Liamm were excellent hosts. If we come back to Puerto Rico, we would love to stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

Wonderful place to stay with family. Being in such a great neighborhood made it even better. Be sure to check out the restaurants and bars within walking distance from the house, very friendly crowds! Pete and Liamm were really friendly and easy to communicate with. If staying in Patillas again, we would choose to stay here!

Patillas getaway

Pete and Liam were great hosts, communicated easily, were helpful, quick responding. Great outdoor space and many amenities were provided- beach chairs and beach rolls, cooler….. indoor space as described. Recommend a car if staying awhile.. One of our better Vrbo experiences

Quick Stay

We visited Patillas for a quick stay. The place was clean, nicely appointed, comfortable and the locals were very friendly. Peter & Lliam were also great to work with and very accommodating. We wish we had more time to stay longer. You cannot beat watching the sunset across the street, just gorgeous!

Hidden Gem

This was our very first visit to Puerto Rico & we were so pleasantly surprised with this beautiful home we got to stay in. The home is definitely right in the middle of attractions, night life, & the beach, so everything is close enough to walk to. The hosts were so sweet & helpful. You can see the amount of love and attention they've put into their home & that backyard is amazing! I was so happy to find an actual Coqui tree frog in one of their palm trees :) There are 2 bedrooms & both have ac units that work awesome, the rest of the home doesn't have the units, but once you close the windows and let the units do their thing, it cools down nicely. Host allows you to park in their car port, which is secured with a security gate. When coming back to Guayama, we'll definitely be visiting this place again! Thank you so much for y'all's hospitality from a bunch of Texas gals!

Excellent experience. Great hosts, great house. Location was close to many excursion locations. Would highly recommend staying here if you're planning to stay in the area.

Restful haven

Pete and Liamm were wonderful hosts. They were so helpful to our family with all kinds of information. Everything from the closes grocery store, restaurants to eat at and even other VRBO properties to check out when our trip was extended. The home is comfortable, homey in the best sense of the word with a gorgeous backyard. The beach was a very short walk across the street with some restaurants also within walking distance. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks again Pete and Liamm!

Delightful place for my family vacation

This is a very special place that Peter and Liamm have created. They have brought a bit of the rainforest into their back yard! My kids and I had a wonderful time. Felt like I was staying with old friends. The fresh lobster grilled on the barbeque was a meal I'll never forget.

40th Birthday!

We rented a car and drove from SJU airport to the property. The drive was about an hour and 30 mins. Beautiful view once we got to the mountains overlooking the coastline. Once we reached the beach house, Peter and Liam greeted us and made us feel super welcomed! The property was awesome. Clean, swanky decor, with a backyard that is setup perfectly to relax, kickback, and have drinks!

SPECTACULAR!!!

Beautiful home, was cozy with all the amenities needed for a great vacation. Perfect location. This home was only steps away from the ocean, in a quiet fishing village that comes to life at night with great restaurants and bars. All around the corner. Everyone in the neighborhood was friendly. Amazing host. Pete and Liam were so gracious, super helpful and informative. They have this hosting thing down to an art. We will definitely be back. Our teenage kids loved it and so did my elderly mom. Great hit with the family.

We love Puerto Rico and have been on the isand over 7 years. We love the slower pace of life in the south. Pagtillas is a beautiful location with green hills, waterfalls and beaches. What more could you ask for?

Why they chose this property

Villa Pesquera was mainly a small fishing village and farm lands originally. Today the area is more know for it's beautiful hillside landsacpes public beach and trendy weekend hotspot to visit. Do not forget to try some fresh fish.
