Hurricane update: the pool is temporarily closed due to washout from the high tides that formed under one corner of the pool. Being early in the repair process, there is only a very rough timeline available for completion which is tentatively set for late June 2025. The actual time could potentially take longer so we have reduced rates through all of 2025 to account for any potential delays. The private beach access is also closed but there is a public access open just next door at Van Avenue Park Current rates reflect the amenity closures.

The ocean view primary suite hosts a king bed, flat screen television, and large closets. The adjoining primary bathroom contains a vanity and large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a twin/queen bunk bed, flat-screen television, and double closet. The full, guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo adjoins with the guest bedroom is also accessible from the hallway. This condo also includes a convenient laundry room in the unit.
Please note that the specific parking space associated with this unit has a shorter clearance than the actual parking garage due to an overhead pipe. The maximum clearance for this specific, assigned garage space is 5'9".
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
