Views of the Gore Mountain Range, forest, and river. Large private deck that overlooks the river with a dining set that seats 6, plus bar seating and gas grill. Vaulted ceilings let in lots of light. Granite tile counters in the large kitchen. Heated 2 car garage plus additional 4 surface parking spaces. Hardwood floors, free WiFi (1Gbps -FAST), free cable and full-size washer and dryer in unit. Living room has comfortable theater-style reclining furniture, 75" flatscreen and gas fireplace in living room.
Dining table seats 6 and the kitchen bar seats 2. The lower level features a patio facing the river, a wet bar, laundry room with full-size washer and dryer and garage entry. Walk right out to the recreation/bike path that runs along the river.
