Plenty of parking. Large fenced garden area to unwind in the Florida sunny afternoons. Children & pets friendly. Close to shopping malls & minutes by car to beaches, parks, airports & major highways. Lots of Restaurants & take-outs in the area. Close to FIU North & other universities
