Dear guests,

make a cheap holiday in our holiday apartments and enjoy the atmospheric half-timbering in our house. Each of our six apartments is divided into a double bedroom, a cozy living room, a fully equipped bathroom with shower and a kitchenette that leaves nothing to be desired.
In our apartments you are only a two-minute walk from the magnificent old town and from there you can reach all the sights, cafes and restaurants, as well as the many small artistic shops.

Dachwohnung Apartments am Brunnen als Ersatzquartier

Wir hatten ursprünglich die Wohnung am Alten Topf 6 gebucht. Als wir den Vermieter zur Klärung der Schlüsselübergabe endlich erreicht hatten, erfuhren wir, dass es in unserer Wohnung gebrannt habe und er bot als Ersatz die Dachwohnung in den Apartments am Brunnen an. Der Vermieter reagiert nicht auf E-Mail-Anfragen/Bitten. Wir mussten trotz rechtzeitiger Mitteilung über unsere Ankunft 1/2 Std. in der Kälte auf den Vermieter zum Schlüsselübergabe warten. Die bereits über FeWo-direkt entrichtete Stay-Tax wurde vom Vermieter noch einmal bar kassiert (habe leider erst im Nachhinein festgestellt, dass bereits alles bezahlt war) und trotz Aufforderung per SMS nicht rücküberwiesen. Die Beleuchtung in der Wohnung ist etwas "funzlig", zum Lesen/Schreiben mussten wir die einzige helle Nachttischlampe holen. Die lauwarmen Heizkörper brauchten Unterstützung durch ein Gebläse. Der Heißwasser-Elektroboiler der Küchenspüle hatte meist nur kaltes Wasser, weil die Sicherung immer rausflog. Zusammenfassend würde ich die Wohnung als noch okay aber die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter als miserabel bezeichnen.
