This two-story condo accommodates a group of seven as it provides two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious layout. When your eyes aren't glued to the stunning scenery, you'll find yourself smitten with the laid-back, coastal interior. Bring your loved ones (and Fido too!) for a dreamy vacation in this NSB getaway.

The Atlantic Ocean is the first sight to greet you upon walking in. The ocean horizon is perfectly complimented by the home's light walls and tile flooring. Before you don your swimsuit, take the time to make this getaway your home.

Whether you're a chef or cooking novice, you'll find yourself drawn to the aesthetic kitchen. This space boasts of white cabinetry, granite countertops, and subway tile backsplash. It'll be your first stop in the mornings as it holds everything you need to make breakfast: pots and pans, cookware, a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot and more. When you're ready to eat, take your plate to the shabby-chic table for six and dine to the sight of the sea.

Though most of your day will be spent on the shore, you'll love retreating to the living room when you need a break from the sun. The living area is tastefully furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, and 46" Smart TV with cable and a DVD player. It won't be long before the ocean's charm draws you from the couch to the furnished balcony. Kick back in one of the provided chairs and relax to the sound of crashing waves and the smell of salty air. The balcony overlooks the complex deck, pool, and the non-driving beach.

When your eyes are heavy from a day of fun, retire to the primary bedroom awaiting you upstairs. Along with a comfortable king bed and 32" Smart TV, this suite has a sweeping view of the beach. You'll love waking up and witnessing an ocean sunrise from bed every morning. The adjoining bathroom has a subway-tile shower and plenty of bath linens.

Three others will find their R&R in the second bedroom as it holds a twin bunk bed with a twin trundle. Guests are provided with a 22" flat-screen TV and a nearby bathroom with a standard bathtub.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is WiFi, cable, a telephone, drip coffee maker, beach chairs, beach toys, a cooler, two bikes, a washer & dryer, and the best views of NSB. Dogs are welcome to join your vacation! Pet fees apply.

Don't forget to bring:

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

Ocean Club South is a New Smyrna Beach complex located on the non-driving shore. This 3-story, oceanfront complex is a quiet, family-friendly community composed of 41 units. Almost every property has a lovely view of the pool, pool deck, and ocean horizon. Guests and residents can enjoy the on-site tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, BBQ grills, coin-operated laundry machines, and oceanfront pool.
