Herrlicher Ausblick aus´s Meer

Der Ausblick auf das Meer war einfach überwältigend. Wir hatten herrliches Wetter und konnten morgens beim Frühstück auf der großzügigen Terrasse den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer bewundern. Die Zimmer der Villa sind geräumig und in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Der Garten ist weitläufig und die Hofeinfahrt ist mit einem elektrischen Tor abgesichert - ideal für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern. Meine Familie (zwei Kinder 17 u. 18 Jahre mit Partnern) hat sich ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wären alle gerne länger als eine Woche geblieben. Vielleicht gibt es ja ein nächstes Mal? Чудесный отдых в чудесном месте!

Город Сан-Ремо выбрали как наиболее удобный для совмещения отдыха на пляже и посещения близлежащих Генуи, Монако, Ниццы, Канн, так же не очень далеко (2 часа езды) знаменитый аутлет Серавалле. Отдыхали большой компанией с детьми от 2-х до 12-ти лет, поэтому отдельный дом был для нас наиболее удобен. А теперь о вилле: самое примечательное – это шикарный вид на город Сан-Ремо, которым наслаждались каждый день, а особенно вечером, собравшись всей нашей компанией за столом. В доме есть все необходимое для жизни и отдыха, в том числе и с маленькими детьми. Территория вся ухожена, в цветах и зелени, отличный газон для принятия солнечных ванн, игр с детьми и прочего. В доме 3 спальни, в одной самой большой спальне есть ванная комната. Еще одна ванная комната на другие две спальни. Просторная гостиная с большим столом. В общем, все очень удобно. Все фото реальные, все чисто и красиво как на картинках. Отдельно хочу сказать спасибо хозяйке Кларе, очень жизнерадостная леди, которая старается обеспечить своим гостям качественный отдых. Встретила нас вечером вкусным приветственным пирогом с фруктами и бутылочкой охлажденного prosecco, о котором мы просто мечтали, проведя весь день в пути  К нам приезжала еще одна семья и мы не знали где разместиться, Клара нам посоветовала апартаменты у своего соседа буквально за забором, таким образом, можно было собираться на ужин у нас на вилле и расходиться на ночлег по своим углам. По расположению: вилла находится на горе, пешком от пляжа или центра города не доберешься, поэтому автомобиль необходим. Ездили каждый день на пляж (10 минут езды), стоянки везде с 9 до 19 платные, но Клара нам любезно предоставила доступ на свое парковочное место рядом с пляжами, набережной, бего – велодорожкой и главное супермаркетом COOP. Пляжи в Сан-Ремо (как и везде в Италии) платные, нам это, конечно, не очень нравилось, но потом привыкли. Есть и бесплатные, но на камнях. Мы пользовались пляжами Nettuno и Lido Foce с лежаками, развлекалками и всеми удобствами, зонтик и 2 лежака на весь день стоят 23 евро (при желании можно на 3 или 4 человека брать 2 лежака, как делали мы, потому что двое из нас непременно бегали за детьми и лежак был не нужен). Море на пляжах отгорожено грядой камней, поэтому там нет больших волн, что для маленьких детей очень удобно. Был пляж, где люди лежали на полотенцах, наверное, он бесплатный либо дешевле, но мы туда так и не сходили. В общем, было все здорово, уезжать не хотелось! Буду рекомендовать виллу всем!

Wunderschöne Villa in herrlicher Aussichtslage

Die Villa Chabrol ist wirklich ausgesprochen schön und bietet einen unvergleichlichen Blick über das Meer und San Remo. Der Garten ist groß und sehr gepflegt und auch die Inneneinrichtung der Villa ist sehr gehoben. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch die Managerin Clara war ausgezeichnet und gestaltete sich in allen Bereichen als sehr unkompliziert. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir konnten hier wirklich eine unvergessliche schöne Ferienwoche verbringen!

Villa exceptionnelle !!!

Accueil sympa : Chocolat et coca pour les enfants, mousseux pour les parents. La propriétaire est très gentille et donne des conseils pour visiter Sanremo. La villa est bien équipée. Vue époustouflante. Rare a ce prix de location.

Wunderschön, ein Privileg hier wohnen zu dürfen.

Ein Haus, dass zurecht als Luxusvilla bezeichnet wird. Der Garten ist in echt noch schöner als auf den Bildern und der Meerblick atemberaubend. Dazu noch eine supersympathische Stadt - San Remo, mit authentischem, liebevollem italienischen Flair, enorm vielem zu entdecken und zu genießen. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch unsere Hotelmangerin Clara war sehr freundlich, sehr verlässlich und sehr seriös. Herzlichen Glückwunsch und viel Spaß allen, die das erleben können... Und ein riesengroßes Dankeschön an die Stadt und unsere Vermieter.

Leider viel zu kurz!

Leider viel zu kurz, so läßt sich unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Chabrol beschreiben. Eine Woche in den Osterferien reichte nicht, um die Erholungsmöglichkeiten an diesem Ort voll auskosten zu können. Die Terrasse mit einem herrlichen Blick auf San Remo lädt zum Essen im Freien ein. Das abendliche Lichtermeer von San Remo ist von diesem Ort aus wunderschön anzusehen. Im davorliegenden Park konnten wir inmitten von Blumen die frühlingshafte Sonne Liguriens genießen. Die großzügig bemessenen Räume des Hauses boten uns einen Freiraum, in dem echte Erholung möglich war. Wir fanden es sehr schön, dass die Autobahn in 2 Minuten erreicht werden kann. Durch diese Nähe konnten wir sowohl Ziele im nahen Frankreich als auch in Ligurien leicht erreichen. Auch 2 Supermärkte am Ende der Straße (Innenstadtbereich) erleichterten uns den Einkauf. Wir sind froh und dankbar für die Entdeckung dieses Hauses und werden bald wiederkommen. Bernhard

Serenity

This vacation getaway is exactly that--a getaway, an escape. The vacation home location is superb, top of the mountain it is truly peaceful, calm and stress free. The view of the sea and the mountain and the flowers is fabulous. The gated garden is spacious for golf putting and safe for pets to roam freely. Clara recommended a restaurant for my husband's birthday party. Oh! The food is scrumptious and delicious. I suggest not to miss a opportunity to dine there. Also, the home is minutes to Menton, Monaco, Nice casinos and night life. We would stay there again.

wunderschöne Villa

Wir waren im April für eine Woche Gast in der Villa und waren begeistert. Auch für sechs Personen ist ausreichend Platz. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Ich kann die Villa nur weiterempfehlen.
