Owner Hosted. Husband, wife, 4 kids (ages 16, 15, 13, and 8 (going on 12) and 1 dog live just down the street, are able to ensure guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Why they chose this property
This property is in a great neighborhood, made great by the residents of Santa Rita Ranch. Houses on both sides of guest house are occupied by friends. Quiet neighborhood, friendly for those pushing a baby stroller, learning to ride a bike for the first time, or retired behind a walker.
