The apartment has a south-facing roof terrace and was completely renovated / modernized 2016th A spacious living-dining area has a modern kitchen facilities and dining area for 4 people, comfortable sofa (if necessary with sleep function for 2 persons), large flat screen TV (cable TV), DVD player and stereo. The bedroom has a double bed (1,80 x 2,00), wardrobe and drawers. The bathroom with large window is equipped with shower, toilet, washbasin and towel radiator. The large roof terrace with electric grill, seating and sunbathing opportunities invites on warm summer evenings to relax. A car parking space is in front of the house, communal bicycle storage available.
The apartment is designed for 2 up to 3 persons and is suitable for families and long-term holiday. Non smoking apartment!
