The space
You’ll have the best of all worlds at Vista Grande! With only a half-flight (7 steps) to enter the condo, you’ll still be rewarded with breathtaking views of Lake Hamilton. Be sure to take advantage of the spacious balcony, with a fun and comfy egg chair swing as well as two additional side chairs and a convenient table for your drinks.

The community pool and sundeck is open during the warm summer months and offers a relaxing day outdoors. Couples may steal away for a romantic picnic near the lake. Fishermen can cast a line right from the dock.

Boating is a popular pastime here and if you’d like to spend a day on Lake Hamilton, you can rent a boat at the Hot Springs Marina just 5 minutes away. If you prefer to bring your own, we have a covered boat slip available at no extra charge.

We designed our condo to take full advantage of that mesmerizing view! Our living room has amazing floor-to-ceiling windows all the way across, so no matter where you are in the great room, you can always enjoy it.

Our condo is decorated in the warm colors of nature with rich wood floors and mid-century modern furnishings. Curl up in the side chair with your book or mobile device or stretch out on the sofa, as you stream your favorite show on the 65” Smart TV, complete with WiFi, DIRECTV, and Netflix.

The fully-equipped kitchen has been decked out to provide everything you need to prepare a simple snack to a full meal. It features new stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, a tiled backsplash, and Keurig coffee maker, complete with Starbucks coffee. The peninsula bar for 2 serves as your dining area, offering a spacious surface upon which to enjoy your meals.

The cozy bedroom features a king-size bed with memory foam mattress and 100% cotton sheets, dressed with beautifully coordinated bedding in tones of coral, blue, and white. For those guests who enjoy some late-night TV before bed, the 40” Smart TV offers DIRECTV and Netflix. If you’re more the “read until I can’t keep my eyes open anymore” type, you’ll definitely appreciate the convenient dual nightstands and lamps.

The bathroom offers a freshly-tiled tub/shower, plenty of fluffy, high-quality towels, and hotel-sized toiletries.

50th Birthday Getaway
My husband and I stayed 3 nights for his 50th birthday, the stay was excellent. the space was just enough for the 2 of us. We went fishing on Lake Hamilton at the back of the condo. We tried Salsa's Mexican Restaurant, got massages, shopped, had a dinner night and enjoyed Oaklawn Casino, we will definitely visit again for a quick get away.

20th Anniversary getaway

Beautiful place... just as shown in the ad.
Beautifully decorated, well-equipped, right on the waterfront. Jolynna was friendly and responsive. Close to restaurants and easy doordash/uber eats delivery. I was unable to get the live DirecTV working while there but YouTube TV, Netflix, Hulu, etc was available through both Smart TVs. My only complaint was that the walls are very thin as it is an older complex... the upstairs neighbor is heavy footed and loud with music blaring until almost 2 AM.

Priceless View of Lake Catherine
My husband and I stayed for 6 nights while our kids were at Camp Ozark for the week in Mt. Ida. We had never been to Hot Springs before. I am so glad we chose this rental because I was thankful to have a peaceful condo on the lake to retreat back to after being in downtown Hot Springs. The condo had EVERYTHING you could need and more to make you feel at home. We enjoyed the hostess' reccomendations they left for us to explore. The location is great, you can get to downtown Hot Springs in minutes or go to a great restaraunt on the water just 2 minutes away. The ONLY downfall which is beyond the renter's control and is the downside to having a second floor condo... the neighbors above us were extremely noisy.. the last night I had to sleep in the living room on the couch because I could hear everything going on above my bed, late into the night.. Besides that, it is a great unit, we enjoyed the pool very much and everything is clean! I highly reccomend this VRBO.

This is a great location, quiet lakefront setting. Beautiful view of Lake Hamilton. The only shortcoming is the lack of a comfortable place to sit while dining inside. The metal/wire frame bar stools were horrible to sit on. The rest of the property is top notch!

Fantastic place to stay
What a great place. The condo was clean, well stocked and had a great view of the lake. We also liked how quiet it was. Every morning we were out on the deck with a cup of coffee to hear the birds and relax. The location was great too. Within proximity of great restaurants, Krogers grocery store and whatever we needed. We hope to be back in the future!

Absolutely Breathtaking!! Just Book It!!
Everything about this getaway way amazing. The home was very pleasant. The host Jolynna was very attentive and had quick responses to any questions that I had. The home was stocked with all necessities needed. The view was so amazing. Waking up in the morning to the refreshing natural sunlight with the windows open and also sitting on the balcony with the beautiful view of the lake. But the option of being able to see it without having to go on the balcony was great as well. I needed a peaceful getaway with my husband for his birthday and we got just that. So if you are considering booking don’t think twice. When we come back we don’t have to think twice we will return here.

We loved our stay. Parking was easy, access was one small flight of stairs but no problems. Had everything we needed for a long weekend. Woke up to beautiful sunrises! Things we learned…this time of year they lower Lake Hamilton, not an issue but was odd seeing the lake so low. Bed was super comfortable

Oh I absolutely loved it here. The views of the lake are so perfect! The way this condo is decorated is cozy, warm and classy. The only negative we have, was the bed was a little to firm for our liking but the bedding and pillows are soft. During the day we walked downtown where it was busy and lots to do and in the evenings it was so nice to come back to a quiet and peace place. It was cold when we came down so we didnt do any lake activities but we will be back in the summer.

Issues!!!
I assumed the property was no -smoking due to the specifications of this particular condo. Unfortunately that was not the case! We rarely were able to sit outside in balcony because of the smokers around us. Also the most pleasant time to sit on the balcony is at night because the sun comes directly in on the side of the balcony. The stove does not work! It’s a beautifully decorated condo unfortunately no comfortable sitting options.

I’m a realtor in Memphis and two of my favorite things are traveling and decorating. I have furnished and outfitted my vacation rentals to reflect all the comforts and conveniences that I personally enjoy when I’m away from home. I don’t believe in just bare-bones, enough-to-get-by for my properties. I want you to relax, reset, and recharge, and I try to provide everything you’ll need or want to do just that!

I discovered vacation rentals as a way of combining my real estate skills with my passion for traveling and decorating. My husband’s expertise as a contractor has been immeasurable in helping to bring my visions to life.

One thing that my properties have in common is that they all share great views. I think it’s soothing to the soul to be able to relax in front of a picturesque lake, ocean, or overlooking trees and woods. In the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, it’s so important to reconnect with nature and simply be.

Why they chose this property

My good friend and business partner Angel and I purchased another condo in this complex in 2020. It’s been such a wonderful vacation property that when this condo became available, we purchased it sight unseen!

Horse-racing enthusiasts will love being just 10 minutes from Oaklawn Racing and Gaming. History buffs will be fascinated by the historic downtown and bathhouse row, just 15 minutes away. All guests will appreciate the close proximity to great restaurants and activities, while enjoying the peace and quiet of this small complex.
