This apartment is a newly completed apartment in 2016 with all the refinements. It offers three separate bedrooms with a king-size bed, two single beds and an exceptional sofa bed with bed comfort. The bright and spacious living room invites you to linger. Whether gourmet or menu, the structured and functional kitchen in a modern style leaves nothing to be desired. You will be enthusiastic. The bathroom shines with a wellness shower that can be walked on, as well as other pleasant highlights. We will of course provide bed linen and towels for you. You also have the option of using a washing machine and dryer, which is located in a separate laundry room. The best thing is to go on vacation in our beautiful apartment and see for yourself. You are also welcome to book a holiday in one of our other great holiday apartments in the heart of Trier. Worth it!

Trier gute Lage

Es war alles top organisiert. Sehr sympathischer Vermieter. Gute und geräumige Ferienwohnung, tolle Lage und mit Stellplatz um die Ecke. Rewe und Edeka 3 min zu Fuß, zur Porta Nigra knapp 20 min zu Fuß, mit dem Wagen geht es natürlich schneller. In Tier wird viel aufgeschrieben, daher am Besten ins Parkhaus gehen, bevor man das Parkticket vielleicht überzieht. Empfehlenswert ist ein Tagesausflug nach Luxembourg ab Trier Hbf; in Luxembourg kosten die Öffis nichts - echt klasse.

Luxurius for the price

Honestly more than we expected, very spacus, plenty of sleeping room, the living room got kind of hot a night if you try to sleep there on the sleeping coutch, so its the choice between getting muskito bites or sweating. Also if you fill it to capasity 1 bathroom can get anoying in the mornings, but nothing to bad. Overal a very good stay, and good quality for the price.

Trier Revival ... ein Wiedersehen nach 30 Jahren

die Wohnung ist in Fussnähe zum Zentrum und geräumig... es hat einen netten Gartensitzplatz. Schwierig ist die Parksituation wenn man mit mehr als einem Auto anreist; es hat nur 1 reservierten Parkplatz und es war zusätzlich Altstadtfest.... einen 2. Parkplatz zu finden gestaltete sich als sehr schwierig und mühsam. Mit Ausnahme dieses Punktes würde ich die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Jürgen

Sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung!

Die Ferienwohnung ist überdurchschnittlich gut hinsichtlich ihrer Größe und Ausstattung. Ihre Lage in der Stadt ist gut. Man kann sogar auf die Idee kommen, dort kochen zu wollen, wenn auch Pfannen und Töpfe das nicht so ganz erfreulich machen würden. Aber das ist das Verdienst anderer Mieter. as Mitbringen eigener Kopfkissen ist allerdings angeraten.

Great place

We loved it here. It was a short walk from the town center. The apartment was very quiet and relaxing. It had everything you need. Owner was very responsive, neighbors were kind. It was a beautiful place to stay. Good for kids and adults.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Nett gelegen in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet zwischen der Altstadt und der Uni, wo wir zu tut hatten. Für uns also die perfekte Lage. Wenn man abends noch in die Innenstadt möchte hat man einen kleinen Fußmarsch, ansonsten lohnen sich die zahlreichen Busse die dort fahren.

Modern, kindgerecht, gute Lage, gute Anbindung

Im Prinzip tolle Wohnung, sehr modern, bietet sehr Viel für Familien inkl. Kinderbetten und -stühlen und -sesselchen, Spielzeug, Bügelstation, Plüschtiere u.v.m., Küche mit Allem, was man sich wünschen kann (z.B. 2 Kaffeemaschinen für Kapseln und Filterkaffee, sogar Waffeleisen und Muffinförmchen), kontaktloses check-in, WLAN (ungesichert, keine firewall), elektrische Jalousien, gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, ganz prima. Negatives: Vieles in der Küche mit deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren, lieblose Ecke für Mülltüten und Gastherme, ein Lampenschirm im Kinderzimmer zerdrückt, lose Abschlussverschraubungen der Verzierung auf den Bettpfosten im Kinderzimmer (klappert beim Umdrehen), viel Staub in den Vitrinen, lose Kabel hinter den Geräten im Wohnzimmer, nackte Wände ohne ein einziges Bild im Schlafzimmer, d.h. tolle Anlage der Wohnung, aber teilweise liebloser Pflege- und Einrichtungszustand. So lief z.B. das im Bad vorhandene Urinal sehr langsam und unter lautem Glucksen ab. Ebenso im Treppenhaus, wo Matratzen und Lautsprecher rumstanden. Dazu fanden wir durch Zufall einen Ersatzschlüssel unter der Fußmatte zur Wohnung. Jederzeit hätten wir Besuch bekommen können. Die Wohnung war um 10.00 Uhr am Abreisetag zu verlassen, um 9.20 Uhr wurde an der Tür geschlossen, um 9.30 Uhr schon geklingelt. Das war unangenehm. Achtung Allergiker: Im Internet steht die Wohnung als haustierfrei (deswegen hatte ich gebucht), aber in der Hausordnung sind Hunde auf Anfrage erlaubt.

großzügige Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung

Die Wohnung war sauber, großzügig bemessen mit reichlich Platz für den Aufenthalt und zum Schlafen. Auch die Ausstattung war großzügig und sehr zufriedenstellend. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und verbindlich. Die direkte Nachbarschaft ist eher städtisch geprägt, aber ruhig. Im Rückblick sind wir mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden.
