Incompetent employees
When I arrived for check in the woman that checked me in did not pay attention to what she was doing and charged me an additional 346.20 for a room that was prepaid. Then she charged me an additional 107.48 for parking. When I asked what she was doing she called the woman on the side of her and asked for help. They both shrugged their shoulders then told me it didn’t go through. I knew they were lying because I watched the transaction. Then when I went to check out I pointed the error to the second woman who was their when the mistake was made. She refused to even try to resolve the issue and arrogantly dismissed me and said deal with my bank. This is a major problem when I report this my card will be canceled an I will not have access to my account for weeks. This is my main card that I pay everything with. This is unacceptable i need this charge reversed. I have to travel next weekend I cannot without this card. Both of these incompetent women should be fired for their attitude and poor customer service. I may never use your service again after this experience.
