About this property

Private 3 bedroom villa,on sandy beachfront. Caribbean ocean views from your bed, and every room in the home. We are located on a gorgeous stretch of beach, in a private bay 15 minutes from Tulum, and 5 minutes to fabulous ceynotes.
Soliman bay is known for its privacy, security, and fantastic snorkeling. The powdered white sands and turquoise water will take your breath away. Just laze away your days on the beach, snorkel, kayak, birdwatch, or take long walks.
In this area, there are secluded lagoons, miles of mangrove forests with abundant wildlife, ceynotes, and Mayan ruins. Due to NO light pollution, you can actually see quite a constellations, when the stars come out and night .
Property is situated on 150 feet of private beach, on the south end of Soliman bay. The ocean is easily accessible, knee deep for quite a way in. Perfect for adults and kids alike.
Beaches in Tulum are clothing optional due to a strong European influence, so u can swim and sunbathe as u please.
During turtle season, walk the beach at night under the moonlight, and observe the majestic turtles coming to shore, to lay their eggs. Truly a marvel of nature.
We are conveniently located15 minutes away from Tulum town, which has many restaurants, world class beaches, ruins, bakery fruit markets, and grocery stores.
If you are looking for exclusivity and privacy, in a unspoiled natural setting, this is the beach villa for you.
Restaurants and bars are a 10 minute walk north of us.
Casa de Los Angeles is completely fenced in, for privacy and security.
We can set up massages, spa days, yoga, , tours, and diving activities. We can also arrange for a cook.
If you want to disconnect from the world, and enjoy each other’s company, this is the place for you. Just the sound of gently crashing waves, and the call of the wild birds break the glorious silence. If u have a wedding party, there are 3 villas on the premises for larger parties. We can accommodate you. We have taken all COVID precautions, so leave your worries at home.

Beach house

The house was roomy and the location was good. The house is in a private area and felt totally safe. The outside area under trees with shade was delightful. The beach itself is treacherous. There are rocks and sharp coral that make access to the water very difficult. If you have Kids they will not safely get into the water. Water shoes would help a bit. Nearby houses have cleared these obstacles. Otherwise be aware that there is no AC which made days and nights without a breeze very warm. Access to hot water is limited. The kitchen and linens could use upgrades. With all that said we enjoyed our stay.

Fun with friends

This property is in a great location with a pretty beach and great snorkeling farther out in the lagoon, best reached by kayak. The landscaping and vegetation make it secluded and shaded. The house is sparsely equipped by some standards so read the provided list thoroughly. Our only complaint was the WI-FI was sketchy almost every morning. On the other hand Dan, Vera and Sam were extremely helpful compared to most hosts we have met. We were continually sent in great directions for new explorations or great restaurants. We have been coming to this general area for 35 years and we’re great full for new ideas on where to go.

return to Soliman Bay

We are annual visitors to Soliman Bay, but this was our first visit in three years and to a new location. We are a couple, an adult daughter and her grandmother. The house is beautifully decorated, with heavy wooden furniture and beautiful tile. The kitchen had everything we needed (except a blender for the frozen Margueritas!) and is modern. The two large bedrooms have excellent beds and the 3rd floor small bedroom has incredible views. The house is part of a set of three similar houses, but it did not feel crowded. Access to the beach was direct. As usual, if you look at the bay, you would hardly know there are other people in the area. The host, Dan, was helpful and available with advice and fresh coconuts. Over-all: absolutely as advertised and a comfortable, easy vacation site. Minor negatives: this is a bad season for seaweed, and it strongly inhibited our access to the water in front of the house. The road along the bay to get to the house is ever more filled with traffic bumps, and takes 15 minutes to go less than a mile.

Bonita México getaway

This property is A-Maz-ing! It’s a sweet house on the beach, it has kayaks so we could go out and snorkel in the reef. Dan and Vera are so kind and giving! Vera made us feel so welcome with homemade food throughout our stay and Dan was so helpful whenever we needed him! I can’t even begin to say how awesome it is there. The house is beautiful and even though there is no AC, we didn’t even notice because the sea air flows all through the house! It’s very spacious and has a great view from the roof! We will definitely be back to visit Vera and Dan and the beautiful weather! I recommend this villa for anyone who is looking to relax on the private beach and still wants to visit Tulum and all the cenotes in the area! It’s a very chill place with a beautiful view! I can’t wait to go back!!
