We love the house and location. We had some trouble with the TV and cooling system. Owner was very helpful and even came to the house to help.

Paradise Cove

Paradise Cove is a bright, clean, comfortable, peaceful home. It was nicely decorated throughout with a beach theme. All the comforts of home needed were available...comfortable beds, big sofa in the living room with flat screen tv & sound bar, fully equipped kitchen with an expresso coffee maker and granite kitchen island for dining. Off the kitchen was a screened in Lanai. It had a table & chairs, spring water dispenser and a wine cooler. In the backyard there was another sitting area where the grill was located. There were also two Adirondack chairs under the carport, at the front of the house, where one could sit and be outside sheltered from the sun. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and located a short distance from Shamrock Park & Nature Center as well as beaches and shopping areas. There were water boards, beach chairs, insulated picnic basket, sun hats, bikes with helmets available for use. A washer and dryer on the premises was very helpful and convenient. Communication with the host, Frances, was excellent. She went above and beyond to assure our stay went well. Directions for locating the house and use of the lockbox to obtain the keys for entry were very clear. There were a couple of times we needed to call her and she was readily available, very friendly and welcoming. In addition, she left edible treats, teas/coffee and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. This was an all around wonderful get away. I highly recommend staying at this charming gem, Paradise Cove.

Great little house!

Quiet neighborhood. Very clean house. Surprisingly spacious inside with an open floor plan. Very comfy couch and beds. Nice screened in porch.

Wonderful house

My husband and I stayed in this house for two weeks. The house is just charming and so clean and has everything you could possibly need. It’s bright and light, has a wonderful lanai and outdoor space. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great except no laundry available. Very clean, nicely decorated and amenities provided. Great location close to beach, historic Venice and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Paradise Coved doesn't disappoint

Lovely and Modern

All new furnishings and well- supplied kitchen, very nice lanai. Owner responds quickly to any questions. Quiet area, near Shamrock Park and easy bike ride to Venetian Waterway and then onto Legacy Bike Trail

Great Rental!

My husband and I stayed at Paradise Cove for 5 weeks. It was the perfect location to explore the nearby areas and many beaches. The house is immaculate and everything was up-to-date and/or new. Frances has thought of everything you could possibly need in order to have a great stay!

Wonderful!

Cute, clean bungalow that was as advertised. Close to the ocean and shops. We enjoyed horseback riding, ATV, scuba diving for sharks teeth. We would definitely stay here again.
