This is a perfect house for a family, a group of friends, or even work travelers. Welcome home.

Guest access
Everything except hallway closet, closet in laundry area and garage.
Other things to note
Your white glove service includes linens, bath towels, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods and basic toiletries.

House Rules:

All guest have to follow these rules at all times. These rules are strongly enforced.

-A valid government id is required for booking.

-A guest must be at least 27 years old or up.

-Security Deposit is $300/-
It is fully refunded if the house rules are followed.

- This is VRBO and is also our home, please be respectful of the property and our things.

- Smoking is a violation of our house rules. This leaves the house in a condition not suitable for the next guest. Fine is $200/ per day.

- Makeup/foundation and skincare products: please use the Black Towels for any makeup removal. Towels are to be used only for their intended purposes

- Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Staining bedding would cost additional charges.

-Any makeup/foundation face medications/creams, and tanning products that stain our regular towels and sheets will result in additional charges.

- Check-in at 3pm / Check-out at 11am. Check out time is STRICTLY 11 AM.

The occupancy limit for this property is 6 and any additional guests on the property need to be approved. Fees will be incurred for additional approved guests

- No unregistered guests. $100 for every unregistered guest.

- Broken, damaged, or missing items will result in additional charges depending on what is damaged and cost of it.

- No Pets Allowed.

- No parties or events. - -Locals must contact the host before booking.

- Quiet hours to be observed outside between 9pm-10am

- No illegal activities and weapons of any kind.

- Please do not re-arrange indoor and outdoor furniture.

- Please don’t overload the dishwasher. Breaking of it will cause additional charges. If dishwasher is full, please rinse the dishes left in the sink.

-Please take all the garbage bags to the big garbage cans in the backyard.

-If the house is damaged or dirty, in a condition beyond what a reasonable, courteous guest, would leave the house in, additional fees will be incurred.

- Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks. These are free and please indulge yourself to your desire. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables or any allergies that the guest might have.

- Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. If you report an issue about any aspect of the property to the host or airbnb, you are authorizing us to enter the property and fix the stated issue to solve the problem.

- Any house rules violation is ground for immediate termination of your stay.

Fees
• $200 Per day that you are smoking inside the house.

• $100 Late Checkout Fee

• $250 Smart Lock replacement if our smart lock equipment is damaged or blocked.

• $100 For each unregistered guest.
