Spacious Premier Suite Cowboy Pool Pet Location
The Western Retreat is a wide-huge private studio. This is in an excellent location perfect for bleisure, with wifi and a backyard. This is a fantastic location near the Panther Pavilion, The Stockyards, 6-Flags/Epic Waters and just 2 exits from NASCAR! The Western Retreat is one of several homes owned and/or managed by Vacation Your Way!

More than clean—we cleanse and sanitize the beautiful space so you can enjoy your stay!
Ants are a common problem in Texas. We have professional pest control however, the weather patterns make it difficult at times. Pest control products are available under the sink. (Rarely needed but there if needed)
Place fits -A couple or small family perfectly. Only 1 king bed, large couch (2 teens could sleep on it) and twin cot. FYI could fit 5 if ok with these accommodations
Spacious studio room with private front and back doors. The bright studio has a large King Bed and huge soft, comfy couch (2 adults could sleep on the couch). There is a twin cot in the walk-in closet. There is a TV set up with a Roku and Wifi. A large 2 sink/joyful shower bathroom. The kitchenette has a large refrigerator/freezer, K-cup coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and an electric frying pan. Utensils and dishes are also provided.
House is on a private septic system. This means the drains maybe slow in sink and toilets.
Whole studio: Smart home auto-temperature regulation. Smart home key pad lock on front door.
Backyard/Pool: Common area shared with Unit 2 (Open-Concept Flat/studio). Unit 1 and 2 have private entrances to this area. Pool/patio is shared area.
No water balloons in backyard or anywhere on property.
There are no laundry faculties available.
Clean up after yourself in backyard. Do not leave trash please.
Longer stays are also welcome! Excellent School Districts for those interested in longer-term academic sabbaticals. (semester-long stays)-Please write us an email to request information about sabbatical stays.
Amenities: We provide clean linens for the beds, clean towels, pool towels toilet paper, sample shampoo/conditioner and soap in the bathrooms. We also provide extra blankets in the closet.

Due to cleaning/sanitizing schedule we cannot offer extended check outs.
If something isn't right~please tell us! We want the chance to fix it. We strive for all 5 star reviews!
Parking is available in the driveway. Do not park or drive on the grass. Damage to our landscaping will be reported to Coverage/Security Deposit.
