Great overall

Overall great stay. Fridge was a little dirty. No ice trays or ice maker. Had to run back into town to get ice One bedroom tv wouldn’t work. Guessing it was remote batteries? Single sheet and very light blanket on each bed. Could’ve used an extra blanket. But would by all means stay there agin. Thank you.

Girls Weekend

This house was cute and in a decent location. It looks like a DIY quick flip though, and felt tired. It seemed clean although anytime you walked by the kitchen sink, you could smell a mildew smell. We all thought the beds felt like bricks when we first sat on them, but everyone in our group agreed we enjoyed their firmness after sleeping on them. One of the tvs in a bedroom didn't work, and we had such a time getting the one in the living room to work that we ended up giving up and only watched tv in the other 2 bedrooms. We also ran to a Dollar Tree to purchase some washcloths beause there weren't enough provided for a 2 night stay. The biggest issue was noise at night. We had 2 white noise machines that we brought. The guests who stayed on the backside of the house didn't hear a whole lot besides the occasional loud car, but the guest who stayed in the front room could hear dogs barking and loud bass coming from someone's stereo both nights. Even with the sound machine as loud as it would go, the bass was still hard to sleep through. They can't do anything about someone elses stereo, but maybe having a sound machine for each room would help, especially if guests brought their own as well and could double up. Overall, even with the minor issues, this was a good fit for our group for a girls weekend.

It was exactly what we needed…a quiet, nice place to sleep after watching the Charlotte Hornets beat up on the Indiana Pacers.

Girls trip

Great stay in this cozy home. Me and 5 friends attended a concert at Bank of America stadium and felt safe coming from and going to the house, even late at night. Quick drive to the stadium. Clean and perfect for 6 adults.

Excellent Value

We were extremely pleased with our stay here. For only slightly more than a Hilton or Hampton we got a tremendous full home for our large group for the weekend. Absolutely would return and stay with these hosts again. 10/10 recommend. The space was actually larger than the photos made it look online which was a pleasant surprise.

First time in Charlotte

First I want to start by saying this property was very nice and clean. There were a few things that were very disappointing. First, the living room TV didn’t work, despite all of my efforts, including changing batteries. It reset the remote and it wouldn’t pair again. I reached out to the owner and she just told me to use another remote which doesn’t work on other TV’s in the house. So no one could watch anything in the living room. The worst part about it was the bathroom shower didn’t work at all. The only shower that worked was in the master bathroom. So imagine waking up to get on the road and finding out that 4 adults have to share 1 bathroom to top that there were no wash cloths and 2 towels. Highly disappointed!!

Property was nice and clean. Had arranged with host to check in by 1:00 but he/she did not send check in information. He finally arrived about 1:20 and asked us to wait a few minutes so he could fold some clothes. We were in a hurry because my grandson was graduating at UNCC at 3:00. When we got back to the property that night, we found out that we did not have any bath cloths. Thus the low rating on communication. Otherwise, the one night stay was fine.

ABSOLUTELY A MUST STAY FOR FAMILIES

This was such a beautiful and homey stay. I HIGHLY recommend this home for families with children. There's a park RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET with a huge field for kickball and a picnic table. The location was 8 mins from the convention center and rehearsal hall that I had to go to. I was impressed out how equipped this home was for it to be a temporary stay. She had containers to store left over food. Board games for the entire family. TV in each room. Great washer and dryer. My Husband loved the porch, lol. Its so many wonderful things about our experience. OHHHH...SHE HAD A NOTE POSTED TO WELCOME US And I thought that made the start of this stay very personable and warming. I am impressed with everything. The sheets and towels are white which is great for us with sensitive skin. Please if you choose this home, take care of it so we can come back again.

Very good stay overall

Really enjoyed my weekend here with friends. There was enough room for all 8 of us, about a 15 min drive to anything we wanted to do in Charlotte, and the place was clean. Only downsides were really firm beds and very thin walls. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay!

cozy house, walkable neighborhood

Charlotte is the where my relatives and I meet when we get together, and this time we had 2 people the first night and 4 the next. There are 3 bedrooms with 4 beds in this cute house and the living area accommodates 5 adults (a local guest joined us for board games on New Year's Eve). Kitchen has the basics and the neighborhood has lots of streets and parks that are easy to walk through. We had a great stay!

Cute home/ loud location

Home was small & had a great "home" vibe. Both nights there were teen children yelling and cursing walking back and forth in front of the home. The park seems to be a hang out for kids with loud music. The home isn't insulated well & you can hear car driving by all night. Dishwasher didn't work. During the day we felt safe, once night fall hit it was a different story. We reached out to the owner our 1st night who claimed this wasn't the normal.

This was a great place to stay with our family. It’s a super short walk to a great little park! Bring a soccer ball for your kids to play in the backyard. We would definitely stay here again!
