Restful and just right

The pool was fantastic as was the location about a block from the beach. Just about everything needed for the week was there. A few minor repairs are needed for the future as both bathroom sinks dropped the entire time. Could not completely shut off and hated wasting that water. Could also do without the ‘label maker instructions everywhere as well.

Great location with walk access to the beach

We were a family with 2 kids. Outside Patio set needs to be replace ( very rust). Maybe it should be great to have more utensil ( more fork and spoon ). In general House was clean but needs some renovation in a bathroom. We enjoyed our stay !

peaceful stay near fort myers beach

we really enjoyed our stay..place was as described and very clean! walk to beach was 3mins!! ice cream, restaurants and grocery store all were 5min drive or less, private pool was perfect for kids(they had lots of floating blow ups too) ..would def stay again!

Property is ok if just going to the beach our first day we were unable to leave do to the fact that the back door wasn’t able to be locked and drain in the bathroom was broken but the guy who came out in the morning was super nice and had it fixed plus was able to fix the drain in the bathroom the living room furniture could use an upgrade place is clean but could use some updating the location for the beach was great but it is not within walking distance to the peer be prepared to buy your own toiletries they only give u two of each and there is nuttin in the fridge but if u are just looking for a place close to beach in a quiet neighborhood with a pool this is a nice place

Great place for a family to stay

The property is in a great location and has everything you will need for a visit. It’s a short walk to the beach and the beach there was not too crowded. House was clean and beds were comfortable. They did have an issue with the fridge before we arrived but had another one placed in the home for us to use. I communicated with them upon arrival that both seemed to be working good. I ended up getting a call on Sunday to ask if the refrigerator was working and I told them yes. I got another phone call asking if the fridge was working and was told someone would be coming to look at it, I think that was on Monday. After the service man came and looked at the fridge, I got another call asking if he came. I was told that someone would come to get the extra fridge at some point on Tuesday. We left for the day and when we came back later both refrigerators were still in the house. I got a VM on Thursday to see if the fridge was working because they needed to get the spare refrigerator. I tried to call the office back to tell them yes and to please come get the fridge but the gentleman that answered didn’t seem to know what I was talking about. After several minutes on hold I hung up. I received another call about the fridge and told them it was working and to come get it. When we got back to the house, the extra fridge was finally gone. I understand that things happen and I appreciate them making sure that we had a working refrigerator but they need to improve the communication within their business. The amount of phone calls and time I had to spend communicating about the issue was, however, extremely annoying. We were on vacation after all. But overall, it’s a beautiful property and is perfect for a family of 6 or less to stay in.

Pool & beach make it worth it.

We had a really fun time and really enjoyed the pool and the closeness of the beach and that makes it worth it. I was a little disappointed in the lack of items provided by property management. We basically had to buy everything because they only provided two garbage bags, 2 laundry detergent boxes, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 paper towels, 2 toilet paper. 2 of everything is just not enough for the week. And then have to throw everything out at the end of our stay... very wasteful. Along with no condiments or anything in the fridge. I've stayed at a lot of VRBO properties and this is the first one that was this empty. The inside definitely needs some TLC. A lot of bugs. Overall it was alright. The pool and beach make it worth it.

Nice place to stay

House is clean. Pool and deck are nice and also screened in so you don’t have to worry about bugs. The house is within walking distance of the beach. If you wish to go to Town Center, there is a bus that comes by scheduled for every hour (although when traffic gets backed up it can get off by half hour or more.) We rented bikes so we’re able to get around that way also.

Perfect getaway from the cold

Short little walk to beach, sweet neighborhood, quiet, lovely for a week! Just need a small Dustbuster for the beautiful white sugar sand.

February month family vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property Very clean, heated swimming pool which worked great and was a big plus for our grandchildren The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and it was a quiet neighborhood. However, the furniture definitely needs to be upgraded as it was worn and inadequate
