Perfect for a work trip with my whole family in tow. They even had a baby gate I could put up by the stairs. Very clean and cute. Safe trendy neighborhood

Great, walkable neighborhood. The inside was very clean and the backyard was quaint and welcoming. It was nice reprieve so close to a busy part of the city. The house is very walkable to the path 400 Trail, shops, and a very safe and friendly neighborhood.

Awesome Location

I came with my daughter to wedding dress shop with her. This was an awesome location - walkable to lots restaurants and easy drive to many locations. We loved the house and felt very safe in this neighborhood. We flew in very late and out early and checkin\out process was very easy. Definitely would stay here again!

Such a wonderful stay!

We had such a wonderful stay! It was everything that it was advertised to be for us. We were within walking distance of shops and restaurants, and the area felt very safe and quiet. We had excellent communication with our host, Mark, and everything was so clean and organized. We definitely plan to be repeat visitors in the future!

Unresponsive to Mold

When entering the house, my family and I noticed that it was not particularly clean and the filter in the upstairs bedroom was filthy. The house in general was not supplied properly with many of the items necessary for the length of stay we booked. The downstairs bathroom ceiling was full of mold and we contacted the owner immediately. The owner was unresponsive. When they finally got in touch with us, the owner kept promising someone would come out to look at or rectify the situation. Each time an appointment was made the time passed with no one showing up. Ultimately, my family made the decision that we had to leave and take our child out of that very unhealthy environment. I would not recommend anyone rent this VRBO. It is not a safe environment and the owner was unresponsive to these serious issues.

ATL trip

We enjoyed our stay at the house very much. We were super busy with concerts and sporting events so we weren’t there very much but it worked out perfect for our family.

Only downside I didn’t realize is the master bedroom is upstairs while other secondary bedrooms are all down. Those with kids or family may or may not like this. But there is a bathroom on both floors and a room with a queen bed also downstairs if parents wanted to be on the first floor. Very clean, great location. Quiet. Close to everything. Nice restaurants, mall, shopping. And only 20 minutes from piedmont park and aquarium, botanical gardens, etc. Quiet street, everyone walks down the streets in the morning. Felt safe.

Home Away from Home

We stayed for a week while attending our grandsons East Cobb baseball tournament. The property is well manicured with outside lighting for coming & going at night. The neighbor was very nice for walking and people were very friendly. The home was perfect for our family of three. The upstairs allowed a separate area for our grandson and downstairs accommodating for our stay. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend and would absolutely choose to stay there again when and if back to Atlanta.

Wonderful place, better location

The house is just as listed, very clean and nicely appointed. We stayed here as a family with 3 children and were very comfortable. The property is very close and conveniently located to Buckhead and shops and restaurants. Would recommend this place highly and would stay here again.
