Walt Disney and His Creative Team Came to this area for Inspiration. This 1 acre Home is where you Can hike to the Parks, Rent ATV, bike/swim in the creek, and hike the trails. Great views of nature abound with huge starry skies from the star gazing deck.
There are hiking trails all around this property and you can reach 2 state parks on foot, only 13 mins away from Town and yet a World away .... The creek is wonderful to wade or float. This area is quiet and peaceful ... your pet and kids will love the huge open yard with tons to discover....
Note: There is a private guest cottage not attached and does not share any of the private home, or yard. It is sometimes used for owner or manager.

Excellent getaway
It was 3 couples getting together after retirement. The home was amazing. Yhe grounds were beautiful as well as the creek. It was chilly when we were there so we didnt sample the creek, but we were able to sit otaide somedaya and enjoy the sights and sounds. Some resident deer and javelina were very entertaining. Thr views were amazing. We even got to see some snow on the formations thr first day. It was 15 minutes from restaurants and shopping. Would stay there again and again. Thank you Tony for being a gracous host. Loved it.and andThe grounds and creek was spectator

Peaceful Retreat
We really enjoyed the back patio overlooking the river. It was nice to sit out there in the morning and listen to the water, and enjoy some sunshine.

Beautiful home on the creek
The property was beautiful and we loved being right on the creek. The home was spacious and very clean. The kitchen and the home were well stocked with everything we needed. If I am being totally honest, there were a few things we didn’t like. We did not like being texted on a daily basis for things like asking if we are parked correctly, turning off inside and outside lights, not touching the lights switches that had red tape on them (we didn’t), moving large boxes that were delivered and a “read the green book” (which we did as soon as we arrived). We did not physically turn on the outside lights so maybe an automatic timer wasn’t set or malfunctioned. We felt a bit like we were being watched which made us feel very uncomfortable on our vacation. Not sure if someone was in the guest house on the property keeping an eye on us. Additionally, our first showers were cold. We contacted the host. His first response was for 2 people to take showers every couple of hours (there were 7 of us) followed by “read the green book” (No mention of showers in the book). He did finally let us turn up the heat on the water heater. Lastly, the property description and photos show a bedroom with 2 twin bunk beds which is one of the reasons we rented the home. The bunk beds were taped off with a note not to use them and this was never disclosed to us. This should have been noted in the description and the photo. The twin beds by the window got cold in the night for grandkids.

Thanksgiving Getaway
This house was perfect for our family's Thanksgiving getaway. Beautiful property. Easy access to Sedona and other places. Beds were very comfortable. The only issues (which were not deal breakers by any means) is the master bath shower had low pressure and missing the shower wand and the top bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom were roped off and could not be used. However, overall, this house is a great find and would highly recommend it.

Creek-side Gem
My wife and I were looking for a property on the creek with enough rooms for our two pre-teens to have their own space. This home was plenty big with ample outdoor seating to enjoy the creek throughout the day. Very comfortable and clean home inside and out. Our family of 4 enoyed every minute of our stay!

Fall break on the water in Sedona
We had an amazing stay at this creek side paradise in Sedona! Our elementary and middle school age kids thoroughly enjoyed playing and kayaking in the back yard and on the creek and we got into all kinds of local activities including kayaking on the Verde River and renting an ATV to explore the red rocks. Despite the abnormally warm weather, we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and looking forward to a return trip some day. The beds were comfortable too and there was plenty of space for us to spread out in our downtime between activities 😍

Best trip to Sedona EVER
This place was amazing! The pictures do not do it justice! The house was clean, cozy, and perfect for us, and it was so nice to sit outside right next to the creek and relax. The host was very responsive, and the process was straightforward and easy! My husband and I came back rejuvenated! We will definitely be booking this property again!

Most peaceful place on earth
Stunning beauty all around. Close to all things Sedona. Cabin is spacious and inviting. Toby the manager is so kind and patient. The stream is a blast to play in (we even went snorkeling!). We cant wait to come back. 10 out of 5 stars ;)

2024 Ladies Trip
There were 4 of us and the house and location was perfect!! Beautiful area and very relaxing every morning and evening sitting on the back patio listing to birds and the creek. This is my second time here and will definitely stay again!

Lovely serene property
Myself, my son and his best friend (both 17) stayed here for the week and we didn't want to leave. We came to get some peace and quiet and this place did not disappoint. Beautiful house. The AC worked great and there were ceiling fans throughout. It gets very hot in Sedona during summer, but when you're inside this house, you would never know. We enjoyed the full flowing creek immensely! You're just enveloped in nature.

This was our second stay at this lovely home. We just love the beautiful views, the comfortable home and the private creek. It is the best place for a quite get-a-way.

Creek side retreat
Absolutely one of the loveliest spots we have stayed at. The home is very nicely decorated, with wonderful art. There was an interesting piece of art around every corner. The beds are comfy. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, etc. Lots of room in the back yard for kids to play and perfect spots for yoga.

Creekside family getaway
Just like home, only with the red rocks and Oak Creek right outside the door. We had a wonderful return trip with our adult Kids and their boyfriend and girlfriend. The place has plenty of space, good comfortable beds, and the best patio for watching the creek. Even our little dog enjoys the place with it's spacious yard. the place is very clean and the property manager is friendly and always helpful. We hope to stay again and again.

Luxe cottage retreat in Sedona
We rented the house with friends of our. We had three kids from two to four years old and we had a magical extended weekend at the Sedona Retreat. The house is so cozy and warm with all these special touches like three dutch doors. The back porch is lovely and overlooks the beautiful creek. The sound of the birds chirping and current from the water is so just amazing. We are definitely coming back! Thank you so much!
