Our first time in the mountains was a great experience. We came as a family/friends and enjoyed it a lot. Especially the wood cabin that we stayed in. It had 5 good bedrooms with their bathrooms. Very cozy and warming. It also had big balconys and on top of it, it had a warm jacuzzi. We loved the location and how everything was organized. 5 starts!!!
The property was very clean and centrally located so that you were away from the bustle of town but still close enough to be convenient. We were lucky enough to see bears in town as well as a few resident bears who were around the property. Great place for big families or groups who need multiple bedrooms.
Everything is just how we expected. Plenty of room. Close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Host was very good. Answered all our questions. We definitely would like to stay again in the future. We will definitely suggest this to all our family and friends.
We had a great stay in this cabin tucked away just minutes from the Arts & Craft Community for our family's spring break. The trolley park and ride was just down the road, along with cute shops, dining and a grocery store. The hot tub and the fireplace was a nice touch since the weather was still a little chilly. The cabin was well stocked and had great views all around. Quiet subdivision off the main road.
Had a great experience during my stay at this property. This was not a party type getaway and this was a great property. Quiet neighborhood little to no noise. Great cabin and great communication with host!! A premier experience.
Overall experience was great. Contact with the host was amazing, very easy and helpful! Cabin was just what the photos showed and accommodated our family’s needs! I would have to say that washer and dryer could use an update, had to keep checking to keep it washing and drying. The host to the property really makes renting this cabin worth it.(So Great!)
We had lots of fun till the last day! We kept the cars locked However while packing and taking things to the car a bear entered our car and got some of our snacks and took them to the back of the cabin and while we were in the car and waiting for one last check the bear decided to enter the car and was not afraid of us! We took off in a hurry while neighbors were videotaping our screamings
For us, the location of this property close to the Rocky Top Sports complex, but still close enough to downtown Gatlinburg was key. The property manager was very responsive and the cabin had plenty of room and supplies for our stay (towels, blankets, plates, etc.). Also, the kids enjoyed the game room and we really enjoyed seeing a bear come by the cabin!
There are some features that could be updated or improved. The shower and laundry machine were dated, the beds weren’t the most comfortable, and some of the bedrooms did not have TVs. All that said, we enjoyed our trip and would recommend this cabin, especially if you’re in town for an event at Rocky Top.
I stayed with my 3 adult sons so there was plenty of room. There’s some disrepair of blinds and bathrooms. Nothing that effected functionality but aesthetically not appealing. The grill flamed up from all the grease and was dangerously close to railing and it’s bolted down so unable to move! Fortunately we were able to manage without any damage and cleaned to use. Should probably be added to cleaning crew list. Host was very responsive to a missing coffee pot and had issue resolved quick…within hours! Overall, I would stay again.
