MERMAIDS OF MAGNOLIA is a well-appointed PET FRIENDLY 4 bedroom / 4.5 bathroom beach house and includes the use of a 6-seat street legal golf cart during your stay! This modern home includes comfortable seating and upgraded appliances. The tastefully decorated home is a perfect place for a relaxing and fun beach vacation sleeping up to 12 guests. Best of all, you are just a short bike ride to Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach and The Big Chill!

Once you are ready to explore, walk, bike or run along the 18 mile Timpoochee Trail, and explore the many communities, shops and restaurants 30A has to offer! You will love your stay at MERMAIDS OF MAGNOLIA!

TRANSPORTATION
- A golf cart is provided (with signed waiver - must be 25 to operate)
The golf cart is primarily to be used to get to the beach access, Deer Lake State Park, or The Big Chill. The communities of Rosemary, Alys and Seacrest no longer allow for golf carts in their communities. The cart will not make it to Seaside and back on a single charge. The dedicated GC parking in Seaside is extremely limited. Please plan accordingly.
- Bikes are popular on 30A! Should you choose to rent some, a discount code at a local bike shop will be provided with your arrival information.

HELPFUL NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION
- Golf Cart Parking: There's designated parking at the front of the neighborhood
between Morgan Street and the Waterhouse condos.
- Large resort style pool (heated depending on ambient nightly temperatures)

BEACH ACCESS/SERVICE:
- There is deeded beach access directly across from the neighborhood.
- In order to sit near the access, you must rent a "set" (2 chairs and an umbrella) otherwise you may use the access and walk 2 minutes to the right or 4 minutes to the left to the public access.
- Beach service is provided by a local vendor; information provided upon request

OutdoorShower provides an initial starter kit of amenities for all of our guests.
FOR THE KITCHEN: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 4 dishwasher pods or liquid equivalent and no less than 3 extra liners for the kitchen trash
FOR THE BATH: Each bathroom will have 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner and trash can liner. Additionally, some laundry pods for those properties with onsite washers and dryers. Owners may provide additional amenities.

NOTE: We love dogs and are happy to provide a dog friendly space for your vacation! However, it's important to note that dogs are not allowed on any of the beaches along 30A (property owners may with a permit). This is strictly enforced. There is a dog beach at Pier Park located at 16303 Front Beach Rd. Panama City Beach where Fido can meet some new friends and enjoy our gorgeous Emerald Coast!
